The 1985 clarification of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican was also speculation.
In 2002 of the CDF again there was no mention that LG 8 should not be interpreted with the false premise.
Dr. Taylor Marshall and the young men above in this video interpret LG 8 with the false premise, as they do with LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc.
There are no practical examples of someone being saved outside the Church where the Catholic Church allegedly subsists.
There would be confusion on this subject for a student of Fr. Francis Sullivan sj. He interpreted the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus with the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance being exceptions. So they were objective examples and not hypothetical cases, for him. His political interpretation of Vatican Council II would have to misinterpet LG 8 etc.
Similarly there were the Council Fathers at Vatican Council II who made the same mistake with the false premise.They also made a mistake at Lumen Gentium 14 but it too can be interpreted rationally today by making the hypothetical-objective distinction.
Now we can re-interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise and we will return to the old exclusivist ecclesiology.

We are really talking physics.Lumen Gentium 16 does not refer to a stationary body, or a body with momentum, capable of velocity, a body with mass.
It refers only to a thought.
This connection between science and faith was not made by the Templeton Prize winner. This was a rupture between faith and reason.

It seems as if all future encyclicals and letters of Pope Francis are to be based upon Vatican Council II, the Catechisms and Creeds, interpreted with a false premise. It is Tradition ( Catechism of Pope Pius X) contradicting Tradition( Council of Florence 1441 on EENS ), for the traditionalists
When I affirm the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( 24Q, 27Q) it is because I interpret the baptism of desire(BOD) and invincible ignorance(I.I) rationally.
For me, BOD and I.I are hypothetical, speculative and theoretical only,always. They do not contradict Feeneyite EENS.
So the Catechism of Pope Pius X, and also other Catechisms, do not contradict Fr. Leonard Feeney on EENS. However for the SSPX and the liberals there is a contradiction.
Since they imply that BOD and I.I are not hypothetical and theoretical only always.
They consider BOD and I.I as physically visible bodies, at the Newtonian level of matter. So they become examples of salvation outside the Church for them in the present times.

The popes make a factual mistake
When the popes interpret the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) as being objective exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and the rest of Tradition they make a factual mistake. It is a fact of life that we cannot physically see non Catholics saved with BOD, BOB and I.I. If they happened it could only be known to God. So how can physically invisible cases be objective exceptions to EENS ? How can someone seen in Heaven also be seen on earth?.
This contradicts the Principle of Non Contradiction.

Principle of Non Contradiction is violated in the official interpretation of Vatican Council II
The Magisterium through the International Theological Commission, encyclicals,interpretation of the Catechisms, teachings at pontifical seminaries and universities and silence over incorrect media reports and their irrational interpretation of especially Vatican Council II, violate the Principle of Non Contradiction.
According to the Principle of Non Contradiction a person cannot be seen at two different places at the same time, he cannot be at two places at the same time and seen in his physical body.This is not possible where the laws of Newton operate. This is not the norm on earth in general.
While the Catholic Church does not state that someone whom they recognise has this gift of seeing people in Heaven saved without the baptism of water and Catholic faith and these people are also visible on earth in the present times, to be exceptions to the dogmatic teaching on all needing to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation.
So how can LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc which refer to invisible people in 2018 be practical exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium in the 16th century ? Yet this is how the popes, cardinals and bishops interpret Vatican Council II.
How can unknown people mentioned in UR 3 etc be practical exceptions to the Syllabus of Errors on an ecumenism of return?
How can can 'zero cases in our reality' of people saved with elements of sanctification and truth in other religions(LG 8), or those saved in other religions where the Catholic Church allegedly subsists(LG 8), be practical exceptions to the old exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church?
How can invisible cases of the baptism of desire (LG 14) and being saved in invincible ignorance(LG 16) be exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was known to the missionaries in the 16th century? The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 made an objective mistake.
Can the popes and cardinals see people on earth saved without faith and baptism or can they see people in Heaven who are there without the baptism of water ?
Since there are exceptions for them, they indicate that they can physically see non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church in 2018.
How can people be visible on earth and in Heaven at the same time?
How can a non Catholic be visible on earth and in Heaven at the same time?
How can someone be seen on earth who is an exception to the dogma EENS and who is also saved in Heaven at the same time?
