Aasia Bibi's right to freedom of religion, worship and expression being run over by Pakistan Supreme Court : judge makes objective mistake a few days back

Pakistani judges have double standards for Aisha Bibi and her Muslim complainants. The judges do not respect a Christian's belief  on Mohammad and the Quran.

Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel were hearing Bibi's 2014 appeal against the capital punishment handed to her.

Justice Khosa also took notice of two of the prosecution witnesses' statements, which alleged that Bibi had uttered the blasphemous remarks after her own religion was attacked.

"You cannot attack another person's religion. God has forbidden insulting others' religion or their gods," he noted.

"Our own faith [as Muslims] is not complete without a declaration of faith in all messengers [of God] and all the divine books," he further noted.1

A special three-member bench of the Supreme Court on Monday reserved its judgement on the final appeal against the execution of Asia Bibi, a Christian woman sentenced to death for blasphemy.

The Judge said:

"You cannot attack another person's religion. God has forbidden insulting others' religion or their gods," he noted.

"Our own faith [as Muslims] is not complete without a declaration of faith in all messengers [of God] and all the divine books," he further noted- Justice Asif Saeed Khosa 

According the the Catholic Church, Mohammad is lost forever without 'faith and baptism' which is needed for salvation(Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II). There are no known exceptions of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance. We cannot know of any non Catholic saved outside the Church. So LG 8, LG 14,LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II are not objective exceptions to Ad Gentes 7( all need faith and baptism for salvation. All). Nor are they exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( Council of Florence 1441 etc.), neither to the Apostles Creed ( I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins) nor to the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation) and other Catechisms.

According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church (1257) 'the Church knows of no means to eternal beatitude other than the baptism of water.' We also know that practically there are no no known exceptions. We do not know any non Catholic saved outside the Church, since ' God was not limited to the Sacraments' (CCC 1257).

So according to the Catholic Church all Muslims will go after death, to where Mohammad is, and there are no known exceptions.This is the official teaching of the Church which  Pakistani law will not respect.

This understanding of Mohammad and Islamism, has been the consistent teaching of the Church including that of Vatican Council II, when it is interpreted with rational Feeneyism and not irrational Cushingism, as is being done by Cardinal Joseph Coutts,the Archbishop of Karachi, Pakistan and the Catholic bishops in Pakistan.

The Catholic bishops in Pakistan interpet Vatican Council II and the Catechisms with Cushingism; they use a false premise and inference to elicit a non traditional conclusion. So there is no obligation for them to  say that Mohammad is in Hell.They could assume that he was saved in ignorance and this is a known exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, according to Cushingite theology; the New Theology.
With this deception they can remain prudently silent on this sensitive issue.They have changed theology and so also doctrine and made it non controversial with the support of the Vatican.

So is the Pakistani Judge saying that he respects a Christian's religious views on Mohammad ? Of course not.

Aasia Bibi and other Christians do not have freedom of religion, worship or expression according to the Blasphemy Laws in Pakistan.

It would be like the Governments in Hungary and Poland applying Blasphemy Laws on Pakistani Muslims since the Quran is critical in general of Christians and Jews and their beliefs.

"You cannot attack another person's religion. God has forbidden insulting others' religion or their gods," he noted.

Yet this is being done to Christians in the verdict on Aisha Bible and so many others, including Muslim Qadianis in the lower courts.Bahais for example cannot claim that they are Muslims. It would be blasphemy.

The followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahmed,Qadianis or Mirzaites, as they are called, are a small community in Pakistan.If any one of them  wears a badge  saying 'there is no God but Allah and Mohammad is his last Prophet', it would be blasphemy according to Pakistani law, based on the Sunni Tradition.

So there is no respect or tolerance for the Qadiani Muslim's religious beliefs, in the Quran as a religious book.For the Qadiani even the Koran, and their interpretation,  is not respected as a religious book since, Mohammad is not the last prophet for them.

As a Catholic, if I was in Pakistan and said that I believe all Muslims and other non Catholics,including the Qadianis, are on the way to Hell according to the teachings of the Catholic Church, there would be no respect for Catholic beliefs,from the Judges of the Pakistani Supreme Court. Since Islamic law and education does not really respect other religions.It is common to read criticism of the beliefs of non Catholics, in the local newspapers. Preachers in their Friday sermons routinely criticize non Muslims.

Sunni Preachers who criticize Shites and their religion are every year prevented by the  Pakistani Administration from entering certain city- areas.

Now Aasia Bibi could be hanged only because she is a Christian. I write all this not to criticize any religion or people but to point out that what the Supreme Court Judge has said a few days back, in the Aisha Bibi case, is objectively wrong.-Lionel Andrades

Holy Rosary – A super weapon

ON OCTOBER 13, the Catholic world will commemorate the 101stanniversary of the miracle in Fatima. On that day in 1917, thousands of people were praying and waiting for the promised miracle to confirm what the children told them – the Blessed Mother and her message to the war-torn Europe. While they were praying the Holy Rosary, the sun appeared to have gone out of orbit and plunged into the rain-soaked crowd.

For centuries the Holy Rosary had been prayed. The monks prayed it in the 4th century, in their monasteries and while travelling. There are hundreds of miracles recorded attributing spectacular events, especially in moments of danger, to the praying of the Holy Rosary. However, it was in the Battle of Lepanto on October 7, 1571 when a small navy of Christians defeated a huge fleet of Muslims poised for the conquest of Europe. Unable to mobilize a navy on time to repel the invaders, Pope Pius V called for the continued praying of the Holy Rosary throughout the continent. The Christians won the day and he declared a universal praying of the Rosary, a tradition followed to this day.

The word “Rosary” comes from the Latin word, “rosarium” which means “rose garden” or “garland of roses”. The old Middle English used “rosarie” from which we derive the present spelling.The adoption of the term traced back to the ancient tradition that Our Lady “revealed to several people that each time they say a “Hail Mary” they are giving her a beautiful rose and that each complete Rosary makes her a crown or garland of roses. The beads represent the roses.

Tradition tells us that “The rose is the queen of flowers, and so the Rosary is the rose of all devotions and it is therefore the most important one. The Holy Rosary is considered a perfect prayer because within it lays the awesome story of our salvation. With the Rosary in fact we meditate the mysteries of joy, of sorrow and the glory of Jesus and Mary.

Pope St. John Paul II on October 16th, 2002 issued the Apostolic Letter Rosarium Virginis Mariae on the Most Holy Rosary. He added five new mysteries of the Rosary, the Mysteries of the Light.

The praying the Rosary had brought about significant changes. In Fatima, the Blessed Mother asked for incessant praying for the conversion of Russia to prevent a global conflagration. In 1917, Europe was at war but she said that would soon end but Russia that just embraced the godless communism would bring a catastrophe of fire. Russia was not a world threat in 1917 but became one by 1945. The Church launched a Rosary crusade and in 1991, Russia, the powerful Union of Soviet Socialists Republic, imploded.

During the EDSA revolt, the Church called for continuing Rosary prayers and indeed thousands with their rosaries in hand faced the tanks and the soldiers in battle gear. The rest is history though sceptics, as in earlier centuries, refuse to believe the power of the Rosary. Indeed to those who do not believe, proof is insufficient.

We are now faced insidious evils against God, the Church and morality but we have the super weapon, the Holy Rosary.

This is how the magisterium presently wrongly interprets magisterial documents

I use Feeneyism and Pope Benedict XVI, Cardinal Muller, Bishop Bernard Fellay, Bishop Mark Pirvanus, Bishop Donald Sanborn and the sedevacantists Michael and Peter Dimond   use Cushingism.

For me the Baptism of Desire is Feeneyite and for them it is Cushingite.For me Invincible Ignorance is Feeneyite and for them it is Cushingite.For me Vatican Council II is Feeneyite and for them it is Cushingite.

For me Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus is Feeneyite and for them it is Cushingite.For the Dimond Brothers extra ecclesiam nulla salus is Feeneyite but they reject the baptism of desire which is Cushingite for them.In  other words it refers to known and visible people. This is the inference.

For me the Nicene Creed is Feeneyite and for them it is Cushingite.

For me the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston is Feeneyite in the first part  and Cushingite in the second part.For them it is Cushingite and acceptable.

I avoid the New Theology, while they use it.The New Theology is Cushingism.It's philosophy isCushingite.

For me the Catechism of the Catholic Church is Feeneyite and for them it is Cushingite.

For Hans Urs von Balthasar, Bishop Robert Barron,Michael Voris and CMTV the baptism of desire(BOD) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) is Cushingite and so it contradicts the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( Feeneyite).So they are left with a new version of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), it is EENS (Cushingite).So now they support the BOD and I.I (Cushingite) and EENS (Cushingite).Their interpretation of Vatican Council II, with Cushingite LG 16( invincible ignorance) and Cushingite LG 14 ( baptism of desire) is  a rupture with Tradition (EENS(Feeneyite),Syllabus of Errors,Feeneyite past eccclesiology of the Catholic Church etc).

So their philosophical and theological position is an innovation in the Church with BOD and I.I, EENS and Vatican Council II all being Cushingite.



For me BOD and I.I are not visible.So they are Feeneyite. They do not refer to personally known cases in the present times. They are always hypothetical and theoretical in the past and present.So they cannot physically be exceptions to EENS (Feeneyite).

BOD and I.I were and are always Feeneyite.
So for me  Vatican Council II is Feeneyite since it it is not a rupture with EENS(Feeneyite).It does not contradict the Syllabus of Errors with the old ecclesiocentrism.

For me BOD and I.I, EENS, Vatican Council II, Syllabus of Errors etc are always Feeneyite.They have a hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition.

I do not mix up what is invisible as being visible. So we do not have the hermeneutic of rupture.Since Pope Benedict and Archbishops Guido Pozzo and Augustine di Noia areCushingites, Vatican Council II has to have a hermeneutic of rupture.

Similarly I would interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church with Feeneyism instead of Cushingism. CCC 846 and 1257 would not be a break with EENS (Feeneyite).However for the Cushingites CCC 846(Outside the Church No Salvation) and CCC 1257(The Necessity of Baptism) would be a rupture with Tradition ( EENS,Feeneyite).For me CCC 846 and 1257 would refer to invisible cases of BOD and I.I and 'God not being limited to the Sacraments'. Cushingites would infer that they know of specific cases of persons saved outside the Church i.e without Catholic faith and the baptism of water.
Since CCC 846 says all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church, Cushingites would say there are known cases of BOD and I.I. 'All who are saved are saved through Jesus and Church' is the line which suggests that there are known cases of BOD,BOB and I.I.It is misleading.

The terms Cushingism and Feeneyism are useful. It tells us when someone is  referring to EENS, Vatican Council II, BOD and I.I etc, being invisibleor visible.Presently unknowingly, Catholics assume invisible cases are visible.This is how the magisterium  wrongly interprets magisterial documents.

Since he believed there was known salvation outside the Catholic  Church even though there were no practical cases, he permitted Mixed Marriages and did not consider the Catholic spouse as living in adultery. He permitted dispensations to be given for Mixed Marriages.

The pope did not support Fr.Leonard Feeney on outside the Church there is no salvation and allowed the Church to believe that invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism blood and invincible ignorance were physically visible exceptions to the traditional teaching on all needing to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation.

Based on unknown cases being known exceptions to the general rule on salvation and faith there was new Mortal Theology introduced into the universities with this error.

So presently the traditional teachings on faith and morals have been changed. It is with a new ecclesiology and theology based on unknown non Catholics being saved outside the Church being known, that Catholics have to offfer/attend Holy Mass.

His 'revolutionary' world was appreciated by the World Council of Churches and the Jewish Left organisations. Pope Francis is to canonize him tomorrow.-Lionel Andrades
