Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano is stuck in his theological formation

Apostolicnuncio viganoholy 600 1.jpg

Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano was the Cushingite Secretary General of the Governorate of the Vatican City State and he was also the Cushingite Nuncio  to the USA where he was critical of Medugorje on a doctrinal point.
He spoke at the Voice of the Family conference in Rome along with Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke, both, seemingly ignorant of Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) and extra ecclesiam nulla salus(Feeneyite).
Now in hiding from  LGBT fascists, within and outside the Church, he kept silent when Pope Francis  told school children in Rome that Jews and Muslims  do not need to convert.
Pope Francis was really following the same theology of Archbishop Vigano.
Vigano probably offers the Latin MAss  with the Benedict-Farncis ecclesiology and still calls himself a traditionalist, as do the others.
Archbishop Vigano, does not say that all Jews and Muslims according to Vatican Council II(AG 7) need 'faith and baptism' for salvation and that there are  no personally known exeptions to AG 7 for us human beings.
If he did say this, ecclesiastical Masonry would call him a Feeneyite. They would say that Pope Pius X condemned Fr. Leonard Feeney - for not saying unknown cases of the baptism of desire, could not be known exceptions to traditional EENS.
Or they will say that Pope Pius XII condemned him, for his strict interpretation of EENS which was not a rupture with the Magisterium of the 16th century.
Archbishop Vigano was born before the Fr. Leonard Feeney issue, the Boston Case.So there must have been some period in his life when he was exposed to traditional EENS. Silvio Berlusconi remembers the time when the Redemptorists taught him as a school boy, that outside the Church there was no salvation.
But after the Boston Case, Vigano remained a priest teaching Cushingism( invisible people are visible). When he spoke at the Voice of the Family  conference in Rome, he was still a Cushingite. Many in the audience there could have been Lefebvrists, Cushingites. For them the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I)  would be exceptions to EENS. Similarly Lumen Gentium 16( invincible ignorance) in Vatican Council II  would also be an exception to EENS. So they would then reject Vatican Council II and accept visible- for- them- BOD, BOB and I.I.
This was Vigano's religious and theological formation. It was the same for Cardinal Bruke and Bishop Athansius Schneider.
Now what stops Vigano from speaking the truth- he's in hiding. He does not have to protect his 'reputation' , career and finances.
He cannot proclaim the faith on exclusive salvation!
He cannot speak the truth on this subject. He's a Cushingite. He's stuck in his theological formation.-Lionel Andrades

Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura interprets Vatican Council II with a false premise

Gesù spiega a Padre Pio cosa è la Santa Messa

Da un esorcismo il demonio dice cosa è la Messa

The Lefebvrists are Cushingites like the popes since Paul VI whom they criticize , remaining clueless about the same theology which they follow

Image result for Icon Church Militant TV Image result for Icon Lifesitenews
Cushingite, politically correct correspondents of CMTV and LifeSite News were scandalized with Pope Francis' recent statement at a public school in Rome.It was easy for the pope.Since CMTV and LifeSite News do not want to affirm Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(just like the two popes). They also do not want to affirm Vatican Council II Feeneyite( just like the pope and the Left).
So they are all in the same theological boat. They follow the false theology which is politically acceptable, for those who control the ship , in leftist waters.
Image result for Photo false premise

As a Cushingite,Pope Francis, said Jews and Muslims  do not need to convert. This was not a statement out of the blue. He was following a particular theology supported by Pope Benedict and the Masons.I call it Cushingism.
Cushingism in principle assumes invisible people are visible. Then upon this irrationality builds a theology.
Feeneyism in principle assumes invisible people are invisible. So there is no new theology.
This is one of the secrets of the Vatican, I stumbled on to.
So if someone would ask Pope Benedict, "Your Holiness, how can you keep saying that Jews do not need to convert?".He would reply,"It is there in Vatican Council II". He means, of course, Vatican Course interpreted with Cushingism. His Holiness will not discuss this unholy subject in public.Upon it, he based his New Theology.
Neither will Pope Francis bring out the secret in public.Otherwise he would no more be able to cite Vatican Council II to support all his innovation.
Similarly for Diane Montagna and Roberto dei Mattei ( consultant for LifeSites), being saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16) is an exception to Feeneyite EENS.Why? Since invincible ignorance refers to visible and known non Catholics saved outside the Church. But where are these people in real life ?There are no such cases!
But this is not important for Cushingites.
Image result for Photo of Cardinal Richard Cushing
It was Cardinal Richard Cushing and the Letter of the Holy Office (LOHO) which assumed invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire were exceptions to Feeneyite EENS and the whole Church followed them -including the popes.
This is also the bad theology of Diane Montagna and Bishop Schneider,  which comes from Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre  and Pope Pius XII.
In 1965 Pope Paul VI chose to interpret Vatican Council II with Cushingism instead of the rational Feeneyite choice.
Lefebvre interpreted Vatican Council II with Cushingism, like Pope Paul VI, and did not know about Vatican Council II, Feeneyite. He rejected Vatican Council II, Cushingite.
The Society of St.Pius X(SSPX) bishops today interpret Vatican Council II with Cushingism even though they know of the Feeneyite option. They then reject Vatican Council ,Feeneyite, since they follow Lefebvre.
Image result for Photo false premiseImage result for Photo false premise
They will interpret Vatican Council II and EENS with the same false premise, used by the present two popes and the secular Left.
So the Cushingites at CMTV and LifeSites continue to be scandalized by Pope Francis  but they will not announce that all non Catholics in the present times  need to convert into the Church to avoid Hell. This would be Feeneyite for them. The Lefebvrists are Cushingites like the popes since Paul VI whom they criticize , remaining clueless about the same theology which they follow.-Lionel Andrades

La Salette, il messaggio pubblico. P. Serafino Tognetti (1)

Judges in the USA and Italy would not have been allowed to study at the pontifical universities in Rome if they did not interpret Vatican Council II irrationally

The Departments of Theology at the Angelicum and Legion of Christ university in Rome do not accept students who interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise. Since they follow the policy of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the Congregation for Catholic Education and the present two popes. This is also the policy of the Apostolic Signatura and so an appeal cannot be made there.
Vatican Council II throughout the Church is being interpreted  with a false premise and even the Lefebvrists stay politically correct.
So at the faculty of theology at the pontifical universities  they know that what they  teach is false but they have to continue with it, as if Italy is a Communist country, and the teaching is propaganda controlled by the State.
Similarly the New Evangelisation and New Ecclesiology of Pope Francis and Pope Benedict is this same false theology which assumes unknown cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are known exceptions to the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
If a priest-professor says that they are no exceptions to EENS it is the end for him as a teacher.
CMTV
In April this year, Michael Voris  visited the St.Benedict Center in New Hampshire, USA where they affirm the strict interpretation  of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and Vatican Council II is not a rupture with EENS for Brother Andre Marie MICM. Church Militant TV then immediately had to prove that they acept that Vatican Council II is a rupture with EENS. So they posted a report,'The Strange Doctrine of Fr. Feeney' by Jim Russell.
Russell and Michael Voris were openly saying that invisible cases, unknown people saved outside the Church, as  mentioned in Lumen Gentium 16 ( invincible ignorance) and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO) were visible and objective  exceptons to Feeneyite EENS.So CMTV was allowed to criticize Fr. Leonard Feeney 1 without coming under some Leftist law.
Now in Rome all the students of the North American College, the Catholic seminary , under the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), are taught to interpret Vatican Council II irrationaly, like Jim Russell, CMTV and the pontifical universities. They have to use a false premise also to interpret the Catechisms and the Creeds.
There was even an American FSSP priest in Rome who received a degree in Dogmatic Theology from the University of St. Thomas Aquinas. He interpreted the Council and other magisterial documents with the false premise and offered the Latin Mass.
He was here at about the time Summorum Pontificum was issued. Along with the late Mons. Ignacio Barreiro he would interpret Vatican Council II, with the ' red being an exception to the blue'.
Image result for Photo Diocese of Manchester USA
This has also been the philosophical and theological formation of judges and lawyers at the secular courts in Italy and the Vatican legal system. It would be the same with judges in the USA who have studied at Rome's pontifical universities. They would not have been allowed to study at the pontifical universities if they did not intepret Vatican Council II irrationally.

Church Militant TV in its promo video shouts "Faithful to the Magisterium" - this is like a joke.Since 'the magisterium' is no more faithful to the past Magisterium on faith and morals and especially on salvation theology.

Church Militant TV in its promo video shouts "Faithful to the Magisterium" - this is like a joke.Since 'the magisterium' is no more faithful to the past  Magisterium on faith and morals and especially on salvation theology. They even interpret Vatican Council II as a rupture with the past when a rational and traditional alternative is there, which they ignore for political reasons.
The CMTV Staff do not say hypothetical cases are just hypothetical. So the present ecclesiastics at the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the present two popes are  not magisterial in the present times on the issue of salvation. They have made an objective mistake. It is human error.
If CMTV issued this clarification   they would be back to affirming exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church just like the St. Benedict Center.
Instead Michael Voris says outside the Church there is no salvation ( based upon the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus) and the Staff indicates, 'There is known salvation outside the Church".It is the opposite.
They post Jim Russell's  article on 'Fr. Feeney's strange doctrine'. Like Russel they interpret Vatican Council II and BOD, BOB and I.I as a rupture with EENS according to the 16th century Magisterium. So CMTV remains faithful to the ecclesiastics at the CDF today but they are not magisterial. Since the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective mistake.
They play it both ways. They affirm exclusive salvation with the text  of the dogma EENS and also reject exclusive salvation with personaly-visible for them BOD, BOB and I.I.This is irrational.
Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church is made a rupture with the centuries old interpretation of EENS which Michael Voris defended when he was recently in New Hampshire.
The CMTV Staff do not tell Catholics that they must interpret BOB and I.I as hypothetical cases only. Since then BOD, BOB and I.I will not be objective examples of salvation outside the Church. They would not contradict the  strict interpretation of the dogma EENS.This would be saying that  Jim Russell, the Curia in Detroit  and the CDF are wrong.
Can CMTV say this ? No. Instead they support the false ecclesiastics who pretend they are magisterial when they really are heretical and irrational.
No one has told Jim Russell that Vatican Council II supports the strict interpretation of EENS when hypothetical cases are just hypothetical. Not CMTV.So his strange Cushingite propaganda with new doctrines were posted prominently on CMTV.
Jim Russell's  article is bad catechesis for  Catholics and  no one at CMTV issues a correction. There seems no will to do so. Possibly this propaganda piece was forced upon them, with the same prohibition threats the St. Benedict Center has received.
Russel ignored hundreds of reports online. The central point he ignored was that BOD, BOB and I.I are always invisible. So Fr. Lenard Feeney was correct and the Holy Office (CDF) was wrong in Boston in 1949.
The same mistake was made at Vatican Council II. The same irrationality was used at Vatican Council II to create a new theology.
Russell cites the New Theology of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and Vatican Council II to criticize Fr. Leonard Feeney while not pointing out that the New Theology is based upon an objective error made in the interpretation of BOD, BOB and I.I.
This is all magisterial for the CDF. It is magisterial for Archbishops Morandi and Di Noia, Secretaries of the CDF.
But it is factually and objectively wrong. There is a mistake. The Principle of Non Contradiction has been violated.
Catholics at large are not being told by  CMTV that CCC 847-848 and LG 16 etc do not contradict EENS.
The Councils and Catechisms are not in conflict with Fr. Leonard Feeney on outside the Church there is no salvation.
Instead CMTV says that they are 'faithful to the Magisterium' which interprets hypothetical cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16,  etc as being non hypothetical and so objective exceptions to Feeneyite EENS. This is a rupture with the past popes when they defined EENS,de fide in the Extraordinary Magisterium.
Is this not heresy and schism?
This is the Magisterium for the CMTV . They are faithful to this?-Lionel Andrades
-Lionel Andrades

When Brother Andre Marie MICM says he is faithful to the Magisterium he is obviously referring to the past Magisterium.Since 'the magisterium' of the present two CDF Secretaries is irrational and heretical on Vatican Council II, extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS),BOD,BOB and I.I

When Brother Andre Marie MICM says he is faithful to the Magisterium he is obviously referring to the past Magisterium.Since  'the magisterium' of the present two Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) is irrational and heretical on Vatican Council II, extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I).The Secretaries Archbishops Giacomo Morandi and Augustine Di Noia are saying that invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I are visible exceptions to traditional EENS and even a school boy could tell them that they are wrong here.
They are also saying that unknown cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are personally known in 2019, so to be objective examples of salvaton outside the Church and exceptions to Feeneyite EENS. They are testing the general intelligence of Catholics here and are getting away with it.
So how can the SBC or Church Militant TV say they are faithful to the magisterium. The CDF and the pope's exhibit human error and seem to attribute it to the Holy Spirit when they call it magisterial. They repeat the propaganda of a small lobby of non Catholics today, who represent Satan in general. -Lionel Andrades

The St.Benedict Center can affirm all Magisterial documents including EENS ( extra ecclesiam nulla salus) with ' the red not being an exception to the blue'

Catholic Missionary

The St.Benedict Center can affirm all Magisterial documents including EENS ( extra ecclesiam nulla salus) with ' the red not being an exception to the blue'.
The CDF(Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith)  presently affirms all magisterial documents but with 'the red being an exception to the blue'.
Brother Andre Marie MICM in his correspondence with the  CDF(2016)which can be read on line has said that there are no personally known cases of being saved in invincible ignorance. So he was saying that 'the red  passages' are neutral for him. They are not objective exceptions to the blue orthodox passages which support Feeneyite EENS.
So the theology and doctrines of the SBC are traditional and rational. The red is not an exception to the blue.
Ms. Mary Ellen Mahon   Diane Quinlan
The theology and doctrines of the CDF and the Curia in the Diocese of Manchester are irrational and heretical. The 'red is an exception to the blue'.1
The SBC is being forced to accept these irrational doctrines or be declared, legally, not a Catholic.-Lionel Andrades

Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II
Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by baptism, as by a door. Therefore those men cannot be saved, who though aware that God, through Jesus Christ founded the Church as something necessary, still do not wish to enter into it, or to persevere in it." Therefore though God in ways known to Himself can lead those inculpably ignorant of the Gospel to find that faith without which it is impossible to please Him...- Ad Gentes 7. Vatican Council II

Lumen Gentium 14, Vatican Council II
14. This Sacred Council wishes to turn its attention firstly to the Catholic faithful. Basing itself upon Sacred Scripture and Tradition, it teaches that the Church, now sojourning on earth as an exile, is necessary for salvation. Christ, present to us in His Body, which is the Church, is the one Mediator and the unique way of salvation. In explicit terms He Himself affirmed the necessity of faith and baptism(124) and thereby affirmed also the necessity of the Church, for through baptism as through a door men enter the Church. Whosoever, therefore, knowing that the Catholic Church was made necessary by Christ, would refuse to enter or to remain in it, could not be saved.
They are fully incorporated in the society of the Church who, possessing the Spirit of Christ accept her entire system and all the means of salvation given to her, and are united with her as part of her visible bodily structure and through her with Christ, who rules her through the Supreme Pontiff and the bishops. The bonds which bind men to the Church in a visible way are profession of faith, the sacraments, and ecclesiastical government and communion. He is not saved, however, who, though part of the body of the Church, does not persevere in charity. He remains indeed in the bosom of the Church, but, as it were, only in a "bodily" manner and not "in his heart."(12*) All the Church's children should remember that their exalted status is to be attributed not to their own merits but to the special grace of Christ. If they fail moreover to respond to that grace in thought, word and deed, not only shall they not be saved but they will be the more severely judged.(13*)
Catechumens who, moved by the Holy Spirit, seek with explicit intention to be incorporated into the Church are by that very intention joined with her. With love and solicitude Mother Church already embraces them as her own.- Lumen Gentium 14, Vatican Council II

Unitatis Redintigratio (Decree on Ecumenism), Vatican Council II
It follows that the separated Churches(23) and Communities as such, though we believe them to be deficient in some respects, have been by no means deprived of significance and importance in the mystery of salvation. For the Spirit of Christ has not refrained from using them as means of salvation which derive their efficacy from the very fullness of grace and truth entrusted to the Church.

Nevertheless, our separated brethren, whether considered as individuals or as Communities and Churches, are not blessed with that unity which Jesus Christ wished to bestow on all those who through Him were born again into one body, and with Him quickened to newness of life - that unity which the Holy Scriptures and the ancient Tradition of the Church proclaim. For it is only through Christ's Catholic Church, which is "the all-embracing means of salvation," that they can benefit fully from the means of salvation. We believe that Our Lord entrusted all the blessings of the New Covenant to the apostolic college alone, of which Peter is the head, in order to establish the one Body of Christ on earth to which all should be fully incorporated who belong in any way to the people of God. This people of God, though still in its members liable to sin, is ever growing in Christ during its pilgrimage on earth, and is guided by God's gentle wisdom, according to His hidden designs, until it shall happily arrive at the fullness of eternal glory in the heavenly Jerusalem.-Unitatis Redintigratio (Decree on Ecumenism), Vatican Council II

Catechism of the Catholic Church 846-848
"Outside the Church there is no salvation"  846 How are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church Fathers? Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body:
Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door. Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.
847 This affirmation is not aimed at those who, through no fault of their own, do not know Christ and his Church:
Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may achieve eternal salvation.
848 "Although in ways known to himself God can lead those who, through no fault of their own, are ignorant of the Gospel, to that faith without which it is impossible to please him, the Church still has the obligation and also the sacred right to evangelize all men."
-Catechism of the Catholic Church 846-848

 DOMINUS IESUS
IV. UNICITY AND UNITY OF THE CHURCH
16.  The Lord Jesus, the only Saviour, did not only establish a simple community of disciples, but constituted the Church as a salvific mystery: he himself is in the Church and the Church is in him (cf. Jn 15:1ff.; Gal 3:28; Eph 4:15-16; Acts 9:5).  Therefore, the fullness of Christ's salvific mystery belongs also to the Church, inseparably united to her Lord. Indeed, Jesus Christ continues his presence and his work of salvation in the Church and by means of the Church (cf. Col 1:24-27),47 which is his body (cf. 1 Cor 12:12-13, 27; Col 1:18).48 And thus, just as the head and members of a living body, though not identical, are inseparable, so too Christ and the Church can neither be confused nor separated, and constitute a single “whole Christ”.49 This same inseparability is also expressed in the New Testament by the analogy of the Church as the Bride of Christ (cf. 2 Cor 11:2; Eph 5:25-29; Rev 21:2,9).50
Therefore, in connection with the unicity and universality of the salvific mediation of Jesus Christ, the unicity of the Church founded by him must be firmly believed as a truth of Catholic faith. Just as there is one Christ, so there exists a single body of Christ, a single Bride of Christ: “a single Catholic and apostolic Church”.51 Furthermore, the promises of the Lord that he would not abandon his Church (cf. Mt 16:18; 28:20) and that he would guide her by his Spirit (cf. Jn16:13) mean, according to Catholic faith, that the unicity and the unity of the Church — like everything that belongs to the Church's integrity — will never be lacking.52
The Catholic faithful are required to profess that there is an historical continuity — rooted in the apostolic succession53— between the Church founded by Christ and the Catholic Church: “This is the single Church of Christ... which our Saviour, after his resurrection, entrusted to Peter's pastoral care (cf. Jn 21:17), commissioning him and the other Apostles to extend and rule her (cf. Mt 28:18ff.), erected for all ages as ‘the pillar and mainstay of the truth' (1 Tim3:15). This Church, constituted and organized as a society in the present world, subsists in [subsistit in] the Catholic Church, governed by the Successor of Peter and by the Bishops in communion with him”.54  With the expressionsubsistit in, the Second Vatican Council sought to harmonize two doctrinal statements: on the one hand, that the Church of Christ, despite the divisions which exist among Christians, continues to exist fully only in the Catholic Church, and on the other hand, that “outside of her structure, many elements can be found of sanctification and truth”,55 that is, in those Churches and ecclesial communities which are not yet in full communion with the Catholic Church.56 But with respect to these, it needs to be stated that “they derive their efficacy from the very fullness of grace and truth entrusted to the Catholic Church”-Dominus Iesus 16.

LETTER OF THE HOLY OFFICE 1949 DURING THE PONTIFICATE OF POPE PIUS XII

( This letter was  an inter office correspondence between cardinals. However the liberals placed it in the Denzinger and it has been referenced in Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. It contains an objective error when it assumes invisible and unknown cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are visible and known exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Upon this Letter is based the New Theology.)
We are bound by divine and Catholic faith to believe all those  things which are contained in the word of God, whether it be Scripture or Tradition, and are proposed by the Church to be believed as divinely revealed, not only through solemnjudgment but also through the ordinary and universal teaching office (, n. 1792).
Now, among those things which the Church has always preached and will never cease to preach is contained also that infallible statement by which we are taught that there
is no salvation outside the Church.
However, this dogma must be understood in that sense in which the Church herself understands it. For, it was not to private judgments that Our Savior gave for explanation those things that are contained in the deposit of faith, but to the teaching authority of the Church...
Now, among the commandments of Christ, that one holds not the least place by which we are commanded to be incorporated by baptism into the Mystical Body of Christ,
which is the Church, and to remain united to Christ and to His Vicar, through whom He Himself in a visible manner governs the Church on earth...

Therefore, no one will be saved who, knowing the Church to have been divinely established by Christ, nevertheless  refuses to submit to the Church or withholds obedience from the Roman Pontiff, the Vicar of Christ on earth.
Not only did the Savior command that all nations should  enter the Church, but He also decreed the Church to be a means of salvation without which no one can enter the kingdom of eternal glory.
In His infinite mercy God has willed that the effects, necessary for one to be saved, of those helps to salvation which are directed toward man's final end, not by intrinsic
necessity, but only by divine institution, can also be obtained in certain circumstances when those helps are used only in desire and longing. This we see clearly stated in the Sacred Council of Trent, both in reference to the sacrament of regeneration and in reference to the sacrament of penance (, nn. 797, 807).
Therefore, that one may obtain eternal salvation, it is not always required that he be incorporated into the Church actually as a member, but it is necessary that at least he be united to her by desire and longing.
However, this desire need not always be explicit,as it is in catechumens; but when a person is involved in invincible ignorance God accepts also an implicit desire, so called because it is included in that good disposition of soul whereby a person wishes his will to be conformed to the will of God.

Mary Ellen Mahon does not tell Catholics in the diocese of Manchester that they can all interpret Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church without Cushingism : but then they would all not be Catholic for her

When Mary Ellen Mahon Cabinet Secretary for Catholic Formation and  Director of Pastoral Ministry,Diocese of Manchester, USA  says that the St. Benedict Center in the diocese cannot be considered Catholic. It shows that she is immersed fully in Cushingism ( invisible people are visible in the present times). She interprets Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church with Cushingism and then projects them both as being  exceptions to the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
Image result for Photo Diocese of Manchester USAImage result for Photo Diocese of Manchester USA
Cushingism has been dominant in the Church since the time of Pope Pius XII who did not defend Fr. Leonard Feeney in public. It has spread throughout the Church like the Aryan heresy of past-times.
Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church can be interpreted without Cushingism. This would be the Feeneyite interpretation. But then Mary Ellen Mahon would be affirming the strict interpretation of EENS.Since there would be no known exceptions to EENS mentioned in Vatican Council II or the Catechism of the Catholic Church. She could lose her job in the diocese.

With Feeneyism( invisible people are not visible) Vatican Council II and the Catechism(1994) are not in conflict with the 'rigorist' interpretation of the dogma EENS.
Hypothetically being saved in invincible ignorance  outside the Church or the case of the unknown catechist( Lumen Gentium 14) are not exceptions to EENS.
