Individual Catholics need to determine when something is magisterial and when it is not.The useful help is Sacred Tradition. If a pope opposes the past popes and rejects Tradition on de fide teachings he is in heresy and we are not obliged to follow him on that particular issue

For Michael Cullinan Hoffman, correspondent for LifeSiteNews, the Magisterium is always correct. So this is how he reasons on the salvation- issue.
The Magisterium  says that the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are exceptions to EENS.That's it.Rome has spoken.
This was the reasoning of the cardinals and Pope Pius XII.It' was also there at Vatican Council II too. This error was  there at Vatican Council II  and also in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case.
Now there are Catholics who are rebelling. They says that BOD, BOB and I.I are not exceptions to EENS. They never were exceptions at Vatican Council II  and neither in the  Fr. Leonard Feeney case.

For Brother Andre Marie MICM,Prior,at the St. Benedict Center, N.H.,BOD, BOB and I.I are not exceptions to EENS.There are not literal cases for them to be exceptions.
If he is correct then it means that BOD, BOB and I.I are not exceptions to EENS and the popes since Pius XII were  wrong ?
It also means that LG 14(BOD), LG 16( I.I) etc in Vatican Council II are not exceptions to EENS and just about every body in the Catholic Church is wrong.Vatican Council II does not contradict Feeneyite EENS.It does not contradict EENS according to the Magisterium of the 16th century.
This means the Magisterium today contradicts the Magisterium of the 16th century. The Magisterium today has made a mistake.
Michael Hoffman himself has made a mistake. He cannot see or meet people saved in Heaven, outside the Church. So when he believes that BOD, BOB and I.I and UR 3, GS 22  etc are exceptions to EENS, he implies there are personally known people to be saved outside the  Church. In other words  he can see them or meet them in Heaven or on earth, after they have died. This is irrational. This would contradict the Principle of Non Contradiction. How can the dead in general be in two places at the same time? How can they be in Heaven and on earth at the same time^ How can the dead be assumed to be visible and invisible at the same time for Michael Hoffman?
They are not visible today.
They are not visible to Pope Francis and Pope Benedict. But for the present two popes Vatican Council II is a break with EENS.Pope Francis indicated it on the return from Abu Dhabi and Pope Benedict has affirmed it two theological papers of the International Theological Commission. They both, did not point out this error in Vatican Council II and also in Redemptoris Missio and Dominus Iesus. So BOD, BOB and I.I and LG etc are visible for the two popes. Otherwise how could they be exceptions.EENS has exceptions for them. The Athanasius Creed has exceptions for them.
This is heresy.
The Athansius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation is rejected. So the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester, USA, have told Brother Andre Marie MICM, and the religious community the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, on the diocese website, officially, that they are not allowed to make a Profession of Faith based on the Athanasius Creed.1

They have also been told in correspondence with the Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, that they must accept CCC 847-848 (invincible ignorance) as an exception to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS)
As the Congregation stated in our April 15 letter to you, which the Congregation also shared with Bishop Libasci, the principle "Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus" must be interpreted according to the official doctrine of the Church, as it is summarized with clarity in the Catechism of the Catholic Church (#846-#848) and, more in detail, in the Declaration Dominus Jesus (#20-#22). The Catechism of the Catholic Church emphasizes that all salvation comes from Christ through the Church, which is the Body of Christ, the Sacrament of Salvation (cf. CCC #846). The paragraph that follows, however, is equally binding, as it considers those who, through no fault of their own, do not know Christ and his Church and states that those too have the possibility of obtaining eternal salvation (cf. CCC #847). This being stated, the Church certainly has a perennial obligation and sacred right to evangelize all men (cf. CCC #848).  2

This is further proof of heresy.
The ecclesiastics at the CDF like the present two popes have violated the Principle of Non Contradiction and reject the past exclusivist ecclesiology , an ecumenism of return, the Syllabus of Errors, EENS and the Athanasius Creed . They have also changed the interpretation of the Nicene and Apostles Creed. This is first class heresy. 3
It is repeated by the popes. It is obstinate. It is manifest, in public. The evidence is there on line.

There is no more the past exclusive salvation  theology and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj. Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, confiremed it at the Placquet Deo Press Conference last year. For him LG 8 was an excepton to EENS. This is further evidence of heresy.
But it is also the heresy of most Catholics  and they are not aware of it.For them too the premise is that the Magisterium is always correct.
Also religious communities in the Catholic Church are being forced to accept this error or they will be threathened with Prohibitions, as has been placed on the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center.

So there is a split between faith and reason and the liberal Cardinal Walter Kasper  in his book on Eccclesiology, which is recommended reading for students of Ecclesiology at Pontifical universities ,calls it ' a mystery'.
It is not a mystery.
We simply do not use the irrational premise ( invisible people are visible in the present times) and inference( these visible people are are examples of known salvation outside the Catholic Church) and Vatican Council II does not contradict Tradition. Without this error, Vatican Council II becomes rational and magisterial.
The Church is no more in heresy and the popes too will no more be in heresy.
Individual Catholics  need to determine when something is magisterial and when it is not.The useful help is Sacred Tradition. If a pope opposes the past posts and rejects Tradition on de fide teachings he is in heresy and we are not obliged to follow him on that particular issue.-Lionel Andrades

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith in Rome, in April 2016 and again in October 2016, declared “unacceptable,” therefore erroneous and contrary to Church teachings, the manner with which the Saint Benedict Center and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary interpret the principle “extra ecclesiam nulla salus,” (outside the Church there is no salvation.) Rome pronounced the matter closed, thus no longer open to dialogue or debate.
