Canonical Incompetence

Georges de Laire

Saint Joseph's is not the first group to be targeted by de Laire and Bp. Libasci. The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart run the St. Benedict Center in Richmond, New Hampshire, and have been placed under sanctions for adhering to Catholic dogma. The misunderstanding stemmed from the community's motto, Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus, Latin for "outside the Church, there is no salvation."
After more than a decade of having daily Mass at their community and school, de Laire stripped the community of the privilege of having a diocesan priest.
De Laire accused them of violating canon 751 if the Code of Canon Law and accused them of being obstinate heretics.

Lionel:
De Laire accused them of violating canon 751 if the Code of Canon Law and accused them of being obstinate heretics.
Can. 751 Heresy is the obstinate denial or doubt, after baptism, of a truth which must be believed by divine and catholic faithApostasy is the total repudiation of the christian faithSchism is the withdrawal of submission to the Supreme Pontiff or from communion with the members of the Church subject to him.
Can. 752 While the assent of faith is not required, a religious submission of intellect and will is to be given to any doctrine which either the Supreme Pontiff or the College of Bishopsexercising their authentic magisteriumdeclare upon a matter of faith or morals, even though they do not intend to proclaim that doctrine by definitive actChrist's faithful are therefore to ensure that they avoid whatever does not accord with that doctrine.
The St. Benedict Center holds that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation and it accepts hypothetical possibilities of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I).I repeat, it accepts them.It does not deny them.
It does not deny BOD, BOB and I.I and neither does it deny the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), as it was known for example in the 16th century by the Magisterium and missionaries. They do not contradict each other. It is not either-or.
Catholic Missionary
They affirm Vatican Council II with hypothetical cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc not being ot practical exceptions to the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation defined by three Church Councils in the extra ordinary Magisterium. So Vatican Council II for them is in harmony with the traditional interpretation of EENS, the past exclusive ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return, the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors.
They affirm all the Catechisms of the Catholic Church and interpret BOD, BOB and I.I as referring to hypothetical possibilities, known only to God, and so they are not practical exceptions to the dogma EENS, as it was known to Fr. Leonard Feeney and the St.Benedict Center of his time. They are only possibilities known to God as Brother Andre Marie MICM, has mentioned, in his correspondence with the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. It can be read on the Catholicism.org website.
So like the popes over the centuries who affirmed the strict interpretation of EENS with hypothetical cases of BOD, BOB and I.I the St.Benedict Center Center also says in Heaven there are only Catholics.
Fr.Georges de Laire also accepts all magisterial documents but interprets BOD, BOB and I.I as referring to known non Catholics allegedly saved outside the Church. So BOD, BOB and I. I become practical exceptions to the strict interpretation of outside the Church there is no salvation. For him and the CDF and the present two popes there is salvation outside the Church.
Similarly they assume LG 8 etc are personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church, without 'faith and baptism' .So LG 8, LG 16 etc become objective and visible exceptions to the dogma EENS as it was known to the missionaries in the 16th century. This is irrational and the conclusion is heretical. However this is the official interpretation of the popes and cardinals today.
So the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation is rejected and the understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed is changed. This is first class heresy and the ecclesiastics claim this is magisterial.
So it is not the SBC which violates Canon 751 of the Code of Canon Law but Fr. Georges de Laire, the CDF and the present two popes.-Lionel Andrades

Donations to Christian rugby star’s legal costs soar to over $1.5 million after GoFundMe cancels page

DEAKIN, Australia, June 25, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) ― The crowdfunding website that cancelled a Christian athlete’s appeal has inadvertently done him a favor.
Donations for fired Australian rugby star Israel Folau have more than doubled since GoFundMe took down his page. Now made through the Australian Christian Lobby’s website, pledges had reached $1,564,870 Australian ($1,088,802 US) before this article went to press. Before GoFundMe pulled the plug, donations through their site totalled $760,000 Australian ($530,000 US).
Folau is suing Rugby Australia for his dismissal from the organization, arguing that his former employer discriminated against him for his religious faith. Folau, a member of the Pentecostal tradition, was fired after quoting from St. Paul on Instagram.

The Bishops’ Committee on Evangelization and Catechesis presentation and the recent spring General Assembly of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) are not affirming the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) like the Magisterium and missionries or the 16th century. So the faith has been changed. The truth is being denied.

Bishops: Teaching the truth of Christ needed to bring Catholics back to the Church

BALTIMORE, Maryland, June 25, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) — When the U.S. bishops’ Evangelization and Catechesis chair raised the issue at the bishops’ recent meeting of an ongoing mass exit of Catholics from the Church, numerous prelates expressed concern over the issue.
A few bishops voiced the need to return to the basic truth of the Church’s teaching, and one bishop drew attention to a departure from the basics of the Faith driving the fall into sexual sin by some clergy and also steering people away from the Church.
Speaking of the sex abuse crisis and the hemorrhaging of Catholics from the Church, especially young people, Tyler, Texas bishop Joseph Strickland said the one is connected to the other.

A syncretistic new Vatican Dicastery on Evangelisation is to be announced soon and to support it doctrinally Catholics will be forced to repeat irrationality

A syncretistic new Vatican Dicastery on Evangelisation is to be announced soon and to support it doctrinally Catholics will be forced to repeat irrationality. They will have to say the following.
1 Invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are physically visible exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus or Vatican Council II and neither to Ad Gentes 7 which says all need faith and baptism for salvation.
2.Invisible and unknown cases  referenced in  LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3 NA 2, GS 22 etc of Vatican Council II, are personally known cases in 2019 and so exceptions to the dogma EENS as it is known to the St. Benedict Center and and also to the popes and saints over the centuries.
-Lionel Andrades

When the diocese of Manchester,USA and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) questions the St. Benedict Center's doctrinal position on extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) it pre-supposes that the diocese and the CDF, can affirm the faith in public and are not shy on their own doctrinal position. So when questions are asked , the ecclesiastics and priests, should be ready to give an answer. But no answers are coming to simple questions on doctrine.

Really, they only have to answer two questions on EENS.
The Diocese which has placed restrictions on the Catholic community in New Hampshire, needs to clarify for all Catholics :-
1 Invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are not physically visible exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus or Vatican Council II and neither to Ad Gentes 7 which says all need faith and baptism for salvation ?
2.Invisible and unknown cases  referenced in  LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3 NA 2, GS 22 etc of Vatican Council II, are not personally known cases in 2019 and so exceptions to the dogma EENS as it is known to the St. Benedict Center and and also to the popes and saints over the centuries ?
The St.Benedict Center has doctrinally clarified their position on this subject.

These two questions are   also relevant to how the diocese and the CDF interprets Vatican Council II. But they will not answer.
In the recent report by the Catholic Herald, U.K Fr. Georges de Laire refused to talk on doctrine and theology. Similarly when Michael Voris visited New Hampshire and called upon the Diocesan Office, no one wanted to answer two important questions or even speak in general about theology and doctrine with reference to salvation and exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.
There is a rupture with Tradition, Fr. Georges de Laire should know by now. He cannot give an answer for his position on extra ecclesiam nulla salus since he assumes that unknown and invisible cases of the BOD, BOB and I.I are known and visible exceptions. This is irrational and deceptive. It is only in this way can he tell the St. Benedict Center, that the Church no more teaches that in Heaven there are only Catholics.
Fr. George de Laire knows that the Church in its magisterial documents interpreted rationally, still teaches that unknown cases of BOD, BOB and I.I are not known exceptions to the dogma outside the Church. So outside the Catholic Church there still is no known salvation. There are only Catholics in Heaven.
So the official position held by Fr. Georges de Laire is irrational, non traditional and heretical. This could be the reason why he does not elaborate on it and neither does any one else in the diocese. The Diocese of Manchester  and the CDF have got instructions ; dictation, from the Left and now they are implememting it in the Church, throwing away dogma and doctrines.-Lionel Andrades

Diocesan of Manchester needs to clarify its doctrinal position for Catholics

The Diocese of Manchester and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) are  asking the St. Benedict Center, in New Hampshire to interpret Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church as a rupture with Ad Gentes 7 which says all need faith and baptism for salvation. This is irrational.
The Diocese which has placed restrictions on the Catholic community in New Hampshire, needs to clarify for all Catholics :-
