I am affirming Vatican Council II like my Parish Priest : It can only be interpreted rationally and so honestly.

If it is said that I must not affirm the teaching outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation or not exhibit it on my clothing, I would say that this teaching is there in Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7) and I am in Rome. Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II says all need faith and baptism for salvation and my Parish Priest Fr. Paolo Boumis affirms it. He proclaims Vatican Council II (AG 7, LG 14) and also the Catechism of the Catholic Church (845,846). CCC 846 says outside the Church there is no salvation. The Catechism of the Catholic Church also says God the Father wants all people to be united in the Church; the Catholic Church is compared to the only Ark of Noah that saves in the Flood(845).

Also, all the religious sisters, like the Missionaries of Charity of Mother Teresa, who teach young people and adults the Catholic Faith, affirm Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14. Lumen Gentium 14 is cited in the Catechism of the Catholic Church (846), under the title Outside the Church there is no salvation.

So if I am wrong in saying outside the Church there is no salvation then so is my Parish Priest. He accepts Vatican Council II ( AG 7, LG 14) and knows that LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc refer to only hypothetical and invisible cases in 2024.This is the rational interpretation of Vatican Council II. This would be the rational interpretation of the Auxiliary bishops of Rome including the Vicar General Cardinal Angelo Donatis. They all accept Vatican Council II which I interpret rationally and honestly.

Further, there is no announcement from the Vatican saying that Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church should not be followed in Italy.

All Catholics must accept Vatican Council II. It has no exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (outside the Church no salvation), the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Catechisms of Trent and Pius X. The dogma EENS was defined by three Church Councils and it does not mention any exceptions.

The Catholic Church is missionary. Vatican Council II is missionary. It supports the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church, that of the Middle Ages, the Church Fathers and the Apostles. -Lionel Andrades

So for the parish of Sant Agapito in Rome for the first time someone has told them that Vatican Council II can be interpreted rationally and it is not a break with Tradition

It is important to make the visible-invisible distinction when speaking about Vatican Council II

Every Catholic parish can be missionary. Our principle source is Vatican Council II ( rational)

Nicole Winfield of the Associated Press and Phillip Pullela of Reuters should stop referring to Vatican Council II as a devolution in the Church, since, when LG 8,14,1,5,16,UR 3, NA ,2 GS 22 etc, are interpreted as physically visible cases only ; hypothetical only; which exist only in our mind, in 2024, Vatican Council II does not have any practical exception for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed, the Catechisms of Trent and Pius X, the Syllabus of Errors and the rest of Tradition.
