A New Discovery: Pope Francis and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, have  only to announce that LG 8, LG 14. LG 16. UR 3. NA 2, GS 22 etc refer to hypothetical and invisible cases in 2023. Things then fall into place. The Church returns to Tradition. The pope  reverses the mistake of the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston. It is the end of the New Theology and a return to the past ecclesiocentrism of the Church. This is a new discovery in the Church but a return to Tradition. Millions of people did not know this as they discussed Vatican Council II over 60 years.

All the arguments of collegiality, religious liberty, interpret religious dialogue and ecumenism have ended since the Council supports traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus with Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14 while LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 GS 22 etc are not practical exceptions for Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14 or Feeneyite  EENS. So there is no change in the ecclesiology of the Catholic Church before and after Vatican Council II.

Within AG 7 and LG 14 the reference to hypothetical cases of the baptism of desire and beings saved in invincible ignorance do not contradict the orthodox passages which support the past exclusivist ecclesiology.

There is now nothing in the Council-text to contradict the Athanasius Creed (exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church) and the Syllabus of Errors (an ecumenism of return to the Catholic Church).

So we can affirm Feeneyite EENS and hypothetical and implicit cases of the baptism of desire (LG 14).

We now have St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Augustine, St. Anthont Marie Claret and the popes over the centuries affirming the ‘strict interpretation  of EENS while referring to BOD and I.I as not being exceptions for EENS. We do not have to reject the ecclesiology of St. Francis of Assisi and St. Bonaventure or St. Ignatius of Loyola or St. Francis Xavier.

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), Vatican, has only to announce that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc always refer to hypothetical cases only. That’s all.- Lionel Andrades

Now we know.We have the information. We know how to do it. We know how to repeat it.

We simply interpret LG 8 etc rationally. Then we go back to the ecclesiology of the old liturgy.

We go back to Traditional Mission based upon exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.Since there are no exceptions in Vatican Council II for the past ecclesiocentrism of the Church.

Vatican Council II supports the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). It does this in Lumen Gentium 14 which is cited in the Catechism of the Catholic Church 846 ( outside the Church there is no salvation).While hypothetical cases of LG 8 etc are not practical exceptions for EENS and CCC 846, in 2023.

Just one step is needed.

We go back to the past theology.The new theology was produced with the false premise, false inference and so non traditional conclusion.

With extra ecclesiam nulla salus intact and the same as it was for the missionaries in the 16th century, we can now proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics.All political legislation must have Jesus, God, as its center. This is Jesus as he is known in the Catholic Church.

So we return to the old ecumenism of return since Vatican Council II says all need faith and baptism for salvation. All. ( Ad Gentes 7).

All this is possible with only one simple action: interpreting Vatican Council II rationally.Only one step is needed.

ONLY ONE ACTION IS NEEDED

 We go back to the pre-1949 Catholic Church in faith and morals.Since there is no known salvation outside the Church. There cannot be a new moral theology.

 We can only use the old Roman Missal since it does not have its foundation in Vatican Council II (irrational). The popes have to only be traditionalists. Since Vatican Council II is no more a rupture with the Syllabus of Errors, the Athanasius Creed and the rest of Tradition.

Canon Law demands that a pope follow all the teachings of the Catholic Church and express them in public. With Vatican Council II ( rational) Pope Francis has to affirm the Syllabus of Errors and the Catechisms of Trent and Pius X.

All this comes about with one simple action : we do not confuse what is invisible as being visible in Vatican Council II. We know that there are 'no explicit cases of St. Thomas Aquinas' implicit baptism of desire'. There are 'no literal cases' of non Catholics saved in invincible ignorance.There are 'zero cases' of LG 14 and LG 16 in our reality.We have the found the missing link, which creates a break with Tradition. We now know how to avoid it. We avoid the false premise, always.

With this correct way of looking at the Council; this re-interpreting of the Council,  the whole Church; the main line Church, returns immediately to the past.

Only simple action is needed.Only one step is needed.It is easy and free and traditional.It's enjoyable, like watering the roots of a tree.

Damien Fisher correspondent for the New Hampshire Union Leader continues to refer to the Catholic religious community in New Hampshire as ‘ ultra traditionalists’.This is as if they reject Vatican Council II.Instead the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at the St. Benedict Center, Richmond, New Hampshire, USA, endorse Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Nicene, Apostles and Athanasius Creed, and also the Fourth Lateran Council on extra ecclesiam nulla salus- all, interpreted rationally and traditionally.Damien and Simcha Fisher in New Hampshire, cannot say the same.

 There is no correction or clarification in the New Hampshire Union Leader. There is also no apology from Fisher.Also there is no comment from the Chancellor.

Brother Andre Marie micm, the Superior, of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in New Hampshire, accepts Pope Francis as the pope.

They are not opposed to Jews in general and are not Anti Semitic.They oppose the Jewish Left ( ADL etc) on values which are Satanic and opposed to the Bible. Orthodox Jews who oppose LGBT sex, abortion and Zionism, would support the St. Benedict Center against the ADL.

Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester in New Hampshire, also needs to clarify that he accepts Vatican Council II but interprets it irrationally while Brother Andre Marie micm, accepts the Council but interprets it rationally and traditionally.So a Decree of Precepts and Prohibitions has been issued against the St. Benedict Center, NH, by Bishop Libasci, Fr. Georges de Laire, Judicial Vicar, and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican.The bishop and the CDF Secretary, Archbishop Augustine di Noia op, even by secular standards are dishonest and unethical.

The Chancellor of the diocese Meredith Cook, esq, only grants canonical permission for priests in the diocese, who interpret the Council unethically.

The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary are the only religious community in the diocese and in New England, which interpret Vatican Council II and other Magisterial Documents, rationally. This is not mentioned in the reports of Damien Fisher.- Lionel Andrades

Fr.Georges de Laire, the Judicial Vicar, in the diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA escapes : no Decree issued against him

 

Fr.Georges de Laire, the Judicial Vicar, in the diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA is unethical and clearly dishonest. He does not deny reports which say that he interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and so non traditionally. In this way he avoids affirming Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). So he escapes a  Decree of Precepts and Prohibitions being issued against him by Archbishop Augustine di Noia, the Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican.

The Judicial Vicar in New Hampshire has brazenly issued a legal Decree against the St. Benedict Center(SBC) in Richmond, New Hampshire. They affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS which is not contradicted by Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, when, interpreted rationally.

Unlike Fr. Georges de Laire, Brother Andre Marie micm, the Superior, of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, does not interpret Vatican Council II irrationally. So there is no  break with EENS as it was defined by the Fourth Lateran Council(1215).

All the religious communities in New Hampshire are being forced to interpret Magisterial Documents falsely for political reasons.

This is coercion. The Judicial Vicar is dishonest and also wants the SBC to follow him. Since the religious community, Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the SBC in the diocese of Manchester, are honest and interpret the baptism of desire etc, rationally, he is forcing them to follow his Decree of Prohibitions.

The Catholic dogma outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation has been discarded by him and he considers himself a Catholic. Now by  interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally and politically he is supported by the Left and the CDF. No one in the Curia of the diocese of Manchester denies what is being mentioned here.

The restrictions of the Decree imposed upon the Catholic religious community,  could also apply to Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester and Archbishop Augustine di Noia at the Vatican.

Damien Fisher correspondent for the New Hampshire Union Leader writes reports referring to the SBC as ‘ultra traditionalists’. This is even though the SBC affirm the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II. There is no correction from the Judicial Vicar. Fisher and his wife are not asked to affirm Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church rationally in harmony with Feeneyite EENS.They are offiically allowed to be deceptive.-Lionel Andrades

But the SBC accepts Vatican Council II. They accept the Council interpreted rationally and reject the Council interpreted irrationally. They also acknowledge Pope Francis is the pope. They affirm all Magisterial Documents (Creeds, Catechisms etc) which they interpret only rationally.

 It is Damien and Simcha Fisher who do not accept Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, interpreted rationally. This is schism. Since they interpret the Council irrationally they are also re-interpreting the Creeds non traditionally. This is schism with the past Magisterium.The irrational premise creates schism and heresy.

Simcha Fischer says that the SBC are Anti Semitic. The SBC has clarified that they are not against all Jews. They oppose the Jewish Left which does not represent all Jews, like Orthodox Jews who oppose abortion, LGBT activity and Zionism.Orthodox Jews oppose the ADL.Similarly Fr. Leonard Feeney was not against all Jews in general.

It is the Simchas’ and the mainline Catholic Church which is in schism today when they irrationally interpret Church Magisterial Documents, for political left-reasons.

If Fr. Georges de Laire, the Judicial Vicar in the Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA would interpret Vatican Council II rationally would then he would be Feeneyite on EENS like the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

It may be mentioned, in background information, that Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston was interpreting the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) rationally like the Council of Florence (1442) and the Fourth Lateran Council (1215), which did not mention any exceptions for EENS.He was also interpreting the baptism of desire (BOD) and being saved in invincible ignorance (I.I), rationally, as not being physically visible in our human reality (Bread of Life by Fr. Leonard Feeney).The 1949 Letter of the Holy Office (LOHO) to the Archbishop of Boston, a political letter, interpreted invisible cases of the BOD and I.I as being visible exceptions for the dogma EENS.This was the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican making an objective mistake, officially. They  slandered the St. Benedict Center and Fr. Leonard Feeney. Pope Francis, the USCCB and the ADL supported the irrational 1949 Letter as did the popes from Pius XII. The popes did not ask how could invisible people on earth who are now in Heaven also be visible on earth and be visible exceptions for EENS ?  How could they be in two places at the same time, contradicting the Principle of Non Contradiction of Aristotle?

Yet this is the reasoning of the 1949 Letter (LOHO) and its New Theology is accepted by Pope Francis, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican and the Congregation for Bishops.

BISHOPS VIOLATE PRINCIPLE OF NON CONTRADICTION

Bishop Gerald Kicanus and Bishop Dennis Sullivan who reportedly led the Vatican-check at Tyler, Texas, interpret Vatican Council II with the mistake of the LOHO. They violate the Principle of Non Contradiction. This is dishonest. It is not Catholic and not canonical.

 

 If the bishops interpret all Magisterial Documents (Creeds, Councils etc) rationally then it would be apostolic and magisterial. A papal delegate or even a nuncio has to be Catholic according to Canon Law. According to secular law they must not lie and deceive the people.

BISHOP DANIEL FERNANDEZ TORRES

Bishop Daniel Fernandez Torres of the Diocese of Arecibo in Puerto Rico was the subject of a Vatican-check by Cardinal Blasé Cupich. It is reported that among other things he would not send his seminarians to the national seminary. At that seminary they would be interpreting Vatican Council II with the invisible people are visible premise. Cardinal Cupich chooses this deception and considers it magisterial.

BISHOP ROGELLO LIVIERES PLANO

In Paraguay, Bishop Rogello Livieres Plano was removed from the Diocese of Ciudad de Este in 2014 after a non apostolic visitation. The visitors, not in good standing with the pre-1949 Magisterium of the Catholic Church,  claimed he lacked collegiality. He had to follow the rest of the liberal Church approved by the Vatican.They have no theological foundation in Vatican Council II (rational).

BISHOP DOMINIQUE REY

This year the Dicastery of Bishops sent visitors who did not affirm Vatican Council II rationally to the diocese of Toulon-Frejus, France. If they 'imprudently' interpreted Vatican Council II honestly they would emerge as traditionalists, like Dom Alcuin Reid. Bishop Dominique Rey did not make it a condition that only those French bishops, come there and inspect the seminary, who interpret the Council rationally and so support Tradition.

FRANCISCAN SISTERS OF THE IMMACULATE

There was also a visitation of the battle-weary Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate in Italy. The visiting nun was a liberal hit-woman, who interpreted the Council fai da te ( do it yourself, as you like) to avoid accusations of being a closet Feeneyite. Pope Francis himself interprets Vatican Council II prudently and irrationally to not seem ‘rigid’. He wants the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate to do the same if they want their seminary back.

CARDINAL RAINER WOELKI

The German Cardinal Rainer Woelki passed the liberal visitation check. He interprets the Council irrationally and unethically like the rest of the German bishops,the CDF and Cardinal Muller.

Within the Catholic Church we now have a renegade and rebel Church. This is New Church.They  re-interpret all Church Documents as they like.This has to be checked. The bishops acts as if they canchoose what they want, like at McDonalds, when they inspect doctrine and theology in a diocese.This is an un-apostolic visitation and is not Magisterial. -Lionel Andrades

Pope Francis must interpret Vatican Council II with the red not being an exception for the blue i.e. the red hypothetical passages are not practical exceptions for the orthodox blue passages which are in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).This is the rational and honest interpretation of the Council. Pope Francis, Cardinal Gianfranco Ghirlanda sj, the former Commissar for the FFI and Cardinal Ladaria are saying that there are visible cases of LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3,NA 2, GS 22 etc. This is unethical. It is not Catholic. They are forcing the Franciscans of the Immaculate and the Comitato dell Immaculata to accept this dishonesty in exchange, for the canonical recognition of the FFI, freedom for the Third Order and the re-opening of the Terra Santa seminary and old church. This is coercion.

Invisible people cannot be exceptions for EENS. For me LG 8 etc refer to invisible cases. For Pope Francis, the cardinals, bishops and the SSPX they refer to visible cases. If they were invisible cases for them , then they would be Feeneyites. But they deny this. They deny that their interpretation of the baptism of desire (LG 14) etc is Feeneyite.So they imply that LG 8 etc refer to visible cases and so LG 8 etc are exceptions for EENS . This is Cushingism.

FALSE PREMISE DEFINED 

Their false premise is:-

1. Invisible people are visible.

2.Unknown case of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are personally known.

3.The unknown case of the catechumen who desired the baptism of water but dies before he received it and is saved, is a personally known person.

4.There is known salvation outside the Catholic Church for us human beings.

5.We can see people in Heaven saved without the baptism of water.

6.We can physically see non Catholics in Heaven and on earth who are saved without 'faith and baptism'(AG 7).

7.There are non Catholics who are dead- men visible and walking  who are saved outside the Church.

8.There are known people in invincible ignorance through no fault of their own, who are saved.

9.There are some Anglicans and Protestants whom we know who are going to Heaven even though they are outside the Catholic Church.

10.There are some non Catholics whom we know, who are dead, and now are in Heaven, even though they were not Catholic.

 With the false premise there are 'objective exceptions' to EENS. There are visible exceptions to the Athanasius Creed, the Nicene Creed is changed, there is a new understanding of the Nicene Creed etc :-

1. The Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation is contradicted.

2. The Nicene Creed in which we say, 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins' over the centuries referred  to only one known baptism, the baptism of water.The baptism of desire etc cannot be given to someone like the baptism of water.But now the understanding is ' I believe in three or more known baptisms for the forgiveness of sins ( desire,blood and ignorance) and they exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church'.

3. The Apostles Creed says ' we believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church'. Over the centuries it was understood that the Holy Spirit guided the Catholic Church and taught that there was no salvation outside the Church.Now  unknown cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance, and LG 8, UR 3, NA2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II, are assumd to be objective examples of salvation outside the Church.

4.In the past three Church Councils defined the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) in the extraordinary Magisterium .It was an 'infallible teaching' for Pope Pius X( Letter of the Holy Offie 1949).Now it is obsolete with their being alleged known salvation outside the Church.
5.Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church are interpreted with the false premise so they become a rupture with EENS( Feeneyite), the Syllabus of Errors, Athanasius Creed etc.

6.With the false premise the Catechism of Pope Pius X contradict itself. It affirms the strict interpretation of EENS while invincible invincible ignorance is intepreted as referring to personally known non Catholics saved outside the Chuch.Invincible ignorance is not seen as a hypothetical case only.

7.Redemptoris Missio, Dominus Iesus, Ecclesia in Asia, Balamand Declaration  etc were all written upholding the false premise. They did not support exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. So in a subtle way they contradicted EENS(Feeneyite), the Athanasius Creed etc. They did not support the past ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return.They are Christological without the traditional ecclesiocentric ecclesiology. It's Christ without the necessity of membership in the Catholic Church for salvation.
8. Traditional mission based upon exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church is rejected. Since with the false premise, there is salvation outside the Church.
9.Inter faith marriages which are not Sacraments are common held.It is no more adultery. Since the non Catholic spouse could be saved outside the Church it is assumed. A posibility which could only be known to God is assumed to be a practical exception to EENS and a literally known case of salvation outside the Church in a personal case.
10. There is a new heretical ecclesiology at Holy Mass in all the rites and liturgies. The Latin Mass today does not have the same exclusivist ecclesiology of the Tridentine Rite Mass of the missionaries in the 16th century.
