Trads could set the trend

Dr.Joseph Shaw, Chairman of the Latin Mass Society of England and Wales, could announce that he accepts Lumen Gentium 8(LG 8) as referring to only hypothetical cases. He would then advise  young Catholics, to also interpret Vatican Council II in this way.
Similarly Michael Matt at the Remnant media could announce for young Catholics,  that he interprets LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, as referring to hypothetical and speculative cases in 2019. They are not practical examples of salvation outside the Church.
John Rao, John Lamont and Thomas Pink  could also announce that for them LG 8 etc  refer to only hypothetical  and theoretical cases in 2019.They are not practical exceptions  to the traditional strict interpretation  of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).So they could tell young Catholics  to also interpret Vatican Council II  in this way. This is what they would also teach their students.
Chris Ferrara  could announce that LG 8 etc refer to only invisible people in the present times, for him, and so they are not practical exceptions to EENS, as it was interpreted over the centuries. So he would ask the students at Christendom College, where his son has been studying, to also interpret Vatican Council II in this way.
Similarly John Henry Weston, at his school named after the Immaculate, where hands on training in communication is given to young Catholics, could announce that he interprets Vatican Council II, with LG 8 etc referring to only hypothetical cases and the students could also interpret the Council in this rational way.
Taylor Marshall could correct the error  he made at the Fischer-More College and announce that he accepts Vatican Council II with LG 8 etc referring to only hypothetical cases in 2019.He would ask young Catholics to interpret the Council in this way.
Phil Lawler could announce for the faculty of the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts in New Hampshire where he teaches, that LG 8 refers to only a hypothetical case. He would tell the students to re-interpret Vatican Council II.

The Latin Mass Societies in Britain and Una Voce could announce for young people in particular, and other members in general, new information on Vatican Council II. They could tell them to interpret Vatican Council II  with Lumen Gentium 8( unknown elements of sanctification and truth in other religions and unknown cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church where the Catholic Church allegedly subsists) referring to only hypothetical cases. Similarly LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc would all be only hypothetical for us human beings.
They  must ask young Catholics to see LG 8 etc as not being objective people in 2019.They must stop seeing LG 8 etc as referring to personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church.
In this way Vatican Council II will not contradict the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church, which was associated with the Traditional Latin Mass.

The Latin Mass Societies and Una Voce could have made this announcement at the time of the struggle of the Fisher-More College, USA.
The faculty at Fischer-More had rejected Vatican Council II ( interpreted with the irrationality), since the Council would obviously be a rupture with Tradition. However they wrongly interpreted LG 8 etc as referring to known non Catholics saved outside the Church. So outside the Church there was known salvation for them.Otherwise they would be Feeneyite on extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). LG 8 etc were exceptions to Feeneyite EENS for the faculty. This was also how Bishop Michael  Olson, Bishop of the Catholic diocese of of Forth Worth, Texas, interpreted Vatican Council II,EENS, the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I). So the liberal bishop considered the faculty schismatic for rejecting Vatican Council II.He interpreted  LG 8 etc like the faculty, as referring to personally known people and not just hypothetical cases in the present times. He accepted the non traditional conclusion and they correctly rejected it.
 FMC President, Michael King
LG 8 etc can only be hypothetical in 2019. This is how God made things.
So if Fischer-More was informed about the error, by Una Voce and the Latin Mass Societies,  in the interpretation of Vatican Council II, they could have made the correction. They could have affirmed Vatican Council II(Feeneyite and not Cushingite) and Tradition(EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc). There would be no conflict. They would no more be schismatic since they would not be rejecting Vatican Council II, interpreted rationally.

Today, Unavoce and the Latin Mass Societies need to tell Catholics, especially at events like the Chartres pilgrimage and conferences held by the traditionalists,  to read Vatican Council II differently and affirm it.
Una Voce could also have come to the defence of Fr. Vaughn Treco, with this approach.
It should be noted that the traditionalists St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire in the Diocese of Manchester,USA, are still being asked by the Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) to interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( n.847-848 on invincible ignorance), as being an exception to EENS as it was known to the Magisterium and missionaries of the 16th century.
Young Catholics needs to know that CCC 847-848 refer to only hypothetical cases. So they cannot, in the past or present, contradict the exclusive ecclesiology of the Church, the Syllabus of Errors, an ecumenism of return, EENS, the Athanasius Creed etc. So there is no rupture in traditional theology before and after Vatican Council II.-Lionel Andrades
