Fr.Georges de Laire Judicial Vicar for the Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA did not tell the truth to the Catholic Herald, U.K,Church Militant TV and the New Hampshire Union Leader. He used a False Premise to avoid charges of being a Feeneyite and placed harsh prohibitions upon a religious community which did not deny being Feeneyite.

used a False Premise to avoid charges of being a Feeneyite and placed harsh
prohibitions upon a religious community which did not deny being Feeneyite.
Fr.Georges de Laire did not tell Damien Fischer of the New Hampshire Union Leader, that with the Rational Premise in the interpretation of Magisterial Documents they both would have to affirm EENS like the St.BenedictCenter,NH(SBC). Laire has imposed a Decree of Prohibitions against the SBC for saying there are only Catholics in Heaven.
He did not tell the New Hampshire
Union Leader that with the Rational Premise in the interpretation of
Magisterial Documents,including Vatican Council II, they both would have to
affirm Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), like the St. Benedict Center,
Richmond, New Hampshire.They both would officially be saying in Heaven there
are no Catholics.Catholic doctrine is like mathematics. It fine tunes itself.
NO CLARIFICATION EVEN TODAY
Also in a
statement to the Catholic Herald, U.K, he did not state that with the Rational
Premise, in the interpretation of Vatican Council II and the baptism of desire
etc, he would have to affirm the strict interpretation of EENS. He would be
saying that in Heaven there are only Catholics.So now years later, he still is
faking it with the Irrational Premise and no one in the media knows about it.
May be he kept silent on this point
out of ignorance. Now he could realize that it was a mistake.
In ignorance too he imposed a Decree
of Prohibitions upon the religious community Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of
Mary in New Hampshire.They were only interpreting Vatican Council II and other
Magisterial Documents rationally.The result is that there are no practical
exceptions in real life for the strict interpretation of EENS and there are
none mentioned in Vatican Council II. The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 made
an objective mistake.
CDF CHOOSES FALSE PREMISE IN PUBLIC
ERROR
He also did not tell Archbishop Augustine di
Noia Assistant Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the
Faith(CDF), Vatican, that the CDF had chosen a False Premise to interpret not
only the Council but also the Creeds,
Catechisms, EENS etc.So 29Q( invincible ignorance) would contradict 24Q and 27
Q( outside the Church there is no salvation, other religions are not parths to
salvation) in the Catechism of Pope Pius X.
The CDF too has made a public mistake. With the False Premise the CDF interpreted
CCC 847-848( invincible ignorance).This objective error in the correspondence with
Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior,at the St. Benedict Center, NH, was placed on
the website of the Diocese of Manchester,for all to read.
For Archbishop Di Noia and Cardinal
Ladaria, there were practical exceptions for the dogma EENS ( created with the
False Premise) which Di Noia calls a ‘nuanced’ reading of EENS. There is
alleged 'known' salvation;visible non Catholics now in Heaven, saved outside the Catholic Church in the present
times.Speculative cases are put forward as real people 2022.
Fr.Laire, supported by Bishop Peter Libasci the bishop of Manchester, is in a legal case against Michael Voris who visited NH and supported the dogma EENS and the St. Benedict Center.He criticized the Decree of Prohibitions.
There was no comment from the SSPX.Neither did cardinals and bishops comment on the Decree of Prohibitions. Since they all use the common False Premise, which today has spread in the Church, like the Arian heresy of past times.
ALL RELIGIOUS COMMUNITIES IN NEW
HAMPSHIRE MUST CHOOSE THE RATIONAL PREMISE
Now Bishop Peter Libasci needs to tell
all religious communities in the diocese ( Franciscans, Carmelites etc) to
interpret Vatican Council II only with a Rational Premise. In this way they
would be in harmony, theologically, with the founders of their communities.The
founders, St.Francis, St. Teresa of Avila etc, affirmed EENS like the religious
community Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center,
NH.The founder-saints were Feeneyite and not Cushingite.
Also in Adult Education, school
religion classes and diocesan catechetical programs everyone needs to interpret
the Council with a Rational Premise in harmony with the Syllabus of Errors
of Pope Pius IX.They can now draw upon
the Catechism of the Catholic Church and also the old Catechisms and old
theological manuals, which are not contradicted by Vatican Council II(
Rational).
Presently since Bishop Libasci does
not interpret Magisterial Documents rationally and honestly his actions on this
issue cannot be considered Catholic. He is in public heresy and schism.He needs
to end the scandal.
BISHOP IS UNETHICAL BY SECULAR
STANDARDS IN NEW HAMPSHIRE
Also by secular standards in New Hampshire it is unethical to project invisible people as being visible and then with this irrationality to ask the St.Benedict Center in New Hampshire, to reject Catholic Tradition including de fide teachings of the Catholic Church.He wants them to change the understanding of the Creeds with the False Premise.It is obligatory for all Catholics to believe in the Creeds, in its original form and understanding.It is the same with Vatican Council II.The meaning must not be changed with the False Premise.
A Catholic
judge for example,in Boston or New Hampshire,
must be free to say that invisible cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA
2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II always refer to only invisible cases in
1965-2022.So they do not contradict 16th century EENS.They are not known
examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church.If any one was saved outside
the Catholic Church it would only be known to God.
CURIA IN THE DIOCESE OF MANCHESTER
INFORMED
I
have e-mailed the Curia in the diocese of Manchester and also the
St.Benedict Center, NH and informed them that the Judicial Vicar hides a dark
secret. He used a False Premise to avoid charges of being a Feeneyite and
placed harsh prohibitions upon a religious community which did not deny being Feeneyite.
The popes from Pius VI did not accept
Vatican Council II- interpreted with only a Rational Premise. Also Pope John Paul II and Cardinal Joseph
Ratzinger did not tell Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre that he could interpret
Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise and accept the traditional
conclusion. Instead they excommunicated him for not accepting Vatican Council
II (Irrational) as they did.
Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre was not informed by the popes or the CDF. There is no denial from Andrea Torneilli or Fr.Antonio Spadaro sj. Pope John Paul II and Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger did not tell Lefebvre that if he interpreted Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise the conclusion would be traditional.There would be a return to the past faith, morals, mission and ecclesiology.Instead they excommunicated him for not accepting Vatican Council II ( irrational) which they accepted as being Magisterial.-Lionel Andrades
