Bishop Roland Minnerath has interpreted Vatican Council II with the false premise and with this error has written a book on 'the theology of religions' he has also interpreted the Syllabus of Errors with a false premise and published books with this error
Bishop Roland Minnerath uses the fake premise, inference and conclusion to interpret Vatican Council II and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX.So there is a rupture with Tradition. If he used the rational premise, inference and conclusion there would be no rupture with Tradition.
So his books are obsolete. They were written with a false premise to create a non traditional conclusion.
With the false premise he changes the original interpretation of the Creeds,Catechisms and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.With the rational premise he would emerge a traditionalist like the FSSP. The FSSP reject Vatican Council II interpreted with the false premise and go back to traditional sources of the Catholic Church.

LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc in Vatican Council II refer to physically invisible cases in 1965-2021.They are only hypothetical and theoretical. They exist only in our mind and are not solid bodies at Newton's level of time, space and matter.

Cambiare o rifiutare tutti questi documenti della Chiesa è come creare l'apostasia nella Chiesa. C'è uno scisma con il Magistero passato che non ha usato una falsa premessa per interpretare i documenti magisteriali, come si fa oggi. I sacerdoti non possono dire che tutti hanno bisogno della fede Cattolica per la salvezza, senza eccezioni note nel 2021 .Quindi il Credo di Atanasio che dice che tutti hanno bisogno della fede Cattolica per la salvezza, è reso privo di significato da loro.
Se volessero i sacerdoti potrebbero risalire al dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) così come è stato interpretato dai papi e dai santi nel corso dei secoli. Dal momento che il Concilio Vaticano II ha interpretato senza la falsa premessa, non contraddice EENS ecc.
Anche i non Cristiani nella parrocchia sarebbero d'accordo che fisicamente non possiamo incontrare o vedere nessuno salvato con il battesimo di desiderio (LG 14), l'ignoranza invincibile (II), elementi di santificazione e verità nelle altre religioni (LG 8), buona volontà (GS 22), cose buone e sante nelle altre religioni (NA 2), salvezza con comunione imperfetta con la Chiesa (UR 3) ecc. Poiché se una persona fosse salvata come tale sarebbe in Cielo e a noi sconosciuta sulla terra.
Ma in parrocchia i preti e i parrocchiani Cattolici, interpretano il Concilio Vaticano II con la premessa falsa, invece di quella razionale. Poi in questa condizione di peccato mortale di fede, offrono la Santa Messa in italiano. Quindi con la falsa premessa alla Messa, creano una rottura con EENS (senza eccezioni note), il Sillabo degli Errori di Papa Pio IX ( senza eccezioni note), il Credo di Atanasio che dice che tutti hanno bisogno della fede Cattolica per la salvezza (senza eccezioni note) e il Catechismo di Papa Pio X, 24Q,27Q (senza eccezioni note).
Quindi interpretare il Concilio Vaticano II con Ad Gentes 7 (tutti hanno bisogno della fede e del battesimo per la salvezza) essendo contraddetto dalla Lumen Gentium 14 (battesimo di desiderio).E una contradizione per loro ma non per me.Anche il Catechismo della Chiesa Cattolica (1257-Necessità del Battesimo) si contraddice 1257(Dio non e limitato ai Sacramenti).Ma anche e contraddice il Catechismo di Papa Pio X (fuori dalla Chiesa Cattolica non c'è salvezza, 24Q,27Q).
Con tutta la loro confusione politicamente corretta con la sinistra, sulla dottrina e la teologia, nella festa di San Pietro e San Paolo, devo salire a ricevere l'Eucaristia, senza che loro ritrattano e correggano il loro errore.
Nel corso dei secoli, in questa condizione eretica e scismatica, non avrebbero potuto offrire la Santa Messa e fornire i Sacramenti. Anche i parrocchiani in questa condizione di peccati mortali di fede, sarebbero stati tenuti fuori dalla comunità, finché non si fossero pentiti e concluso lo scandalo.-Lionel Andrades

To change or reject all these Church documents is like creating apostasy in the Church.There is schism with the past Magisterium which did not use a false premise to interpret Magisterial documents, as is being done today.The priests cannot say that all need Catholic faith for salvation, with no known exceptions in 2021.So the Athanasius Creed which says all need the Catholic faith for salvation, is made meaningless by them.
If they wanted the priests could go back to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was interpreted by the popes and saints over the centuries.Since Vatican Council II interpreted without the false premise, does not contradict EENS etc.
Even non Christians in the parish would agree that physically we cannot meet or see any one saved with the baptism of desire(LG 14), invincible ignorance(I.I), elements of sanctification and truth in other religions(LG 8), goodwill(GS 22), good and holy things in other religions(NA 2),imperfect communion with the Church(UR 3) etc.Since if a person is saved as such he or she would be in Heaven and unknown to us on earth.
But in the parish the priests and Catholic parishioners, interpret Vatican Council II with the fake premise, instead of the rational one. Then in this condition of being in a mortal sin of faith, they offer Holy Mass in Italian.So with the fake premise at Mass, they create a rupture with EENS( with no known exceptions), the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX( with no known exceptions),the Athanasius Creed which says all need Catholic faith for salvation( with no known exceptions ) and the Catechism of Pope Pius X, 24Q,27Q ( with no known exceptions).
Then they interpret Vatican Council II with Ad Gentes 7( all need faith and baptism for salvation) being contradicted by Lumen Gentium 14( baptism of desire).Also the Catechism of the Catholic Church( 1257-Necessity of Baptism) contradicts itself( Go dis not limited to the Sacraments) and contradicts the Catechism of Pope Pius X(outside the Church there is no salvation, 24Q,27Q).
With all their politically correct with the Left confusion on doctrine and theology on the feast of St. Peter and St, Paul I have to go up to receive the Eucharist, without them recanting and correcting their error.
Over the centuries, in this heretical and schismatic condition, they would not be allowed to offer Holy Mass and provide the Sacraments.Also parishioners in this condition of being in mortal sins of faith, would be kept out of the community, until they repented and ended the scandal.-Lionel Andrades

Bishop Minnerath, the FSSP priests and the parishioners accept the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO) which says every one does not need to be a formal member of the Catholic Church for salvation.Since for the LOHO invisible cases of the baptism of desire(BOD) and invincible ignorance (I.I), are physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church.They become objective exceptions to traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS),for them.This is irrational. It is false reasoning.How can the LOHO, and Bishop Minnerath, reject centuries of teaching on ecclesiocentrism by projecting hypothetical and speculative cases of BOD and I.I as being practical exceptions to EENS in the present times(1949-2021).They say every one does not need to enter the Church formally because of imaginative and theoretical exceptions, which cannot exist in reality for them.Where were the known people saved outside the Church in 1949 or later? There were none in Rome or Boston.This was a mistake of the cardinals who approved the LOHO. It was also a mistake of the Archdiocese of Boston.
LOHO then refers to ‘ a necessity of means’ as if the baptism of water is not always necessary for salvation, practically.We cannot give any one the baptism of desire and we do not know of any one who will be saved with the baptism of desire.So ow can the baptism of water, practically, be relative and conditional to being saved with the baptism of desire?
The LOHO is heretical and schismatic and Bishop Minnerath the FSSP priests and the Carmelites and other religious communities, accept it and offer Holy Mass, in this condition.With the false reasoning; the false premise of the LOHO they create a break with the ecclesiology of the Church of the 16th century when the Traditional Latin Mass was offered. So the Latin Mass today in Dijon does not have the same theology as the Mass over the centuries, since the false premise of LOHO is used to interpret Vatican Council II , the Creeds, Catechisms,the First Commandment etc and reject the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX.This is first class heresy in Dijon at every Mass in all rites.
The laity could hold placards outside the Church asking the bishops and priests to reject the irrationality of the LOHO and affirm Magisterial documents without the false premise.Then there is a hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition.There is a continuity with Tradition even for those who attend Mass in French.
They could also appeal to the cardinals and bishops in France to reject the false reasoning of the LOHO and declare it a heretical document which is not part of the Deposit of the Faith.
LOHO brings division into the Catholic Church and is a break with the traditional teachings of the Church Fathers and St.Peter and St. Paul on outside the Church there is no salvation.
Based on the false reasoning of LOHO Bishop Minnerath wrote his books and articles, wrongly re-interpreting Vatican Council II and the Syllabus of Errors with the common false premise.The laity must bring this deception and irregularity to the attention of the Administration in Dijon. - Lionel Andrades
