Una Voce could also acknowledge that the Knights of Malta, like Una Voce, interpret extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS)  with Cushingism instead of Feeneyism.So the Knights and Una Voce, in their different liturgical rites, attend Holy Mass  with the new ecclesiology and new theology based on irrational Cushingism.

They both do not affirm Vatican Council II and EENS with Feeneyism and then attend Holy Mass.

So Cardinal Raymond Burke offers the TLM with the new theology.He interprets salvation theology with the the same reasoning as the Grand Master of the KOM.

The Archbishop of Malta uses Cushingism in faith and morals .Amoris Laetitia was Cushingite.Since we do not know of any exception to the traditional teaching on mortal sin and we cannot claim to judge a person in manifest mortal sin as being an exception.

Similarly we dont know of an exception to the dogma EENS and we cannot judge any one in particular as being an exception , who does not need to enter the Catholic Church; someone who does not need Catholic faith and the baptism of water for salvation.-Lionel Andrades

Forte and Mogavero will not tell Catholics that Vatican Councl II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) says all need faith and baptism for salvation and LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc refer to only hypothetical cases.They are not known non Catholics saved outside the Church. So they are not exceptions to the traditional strict interpretation of EENS. The popes and bishops have made a mistake must be announced on their radio.

So Abruzzo and Sicily the bishops do not Catholics that the Church teaches that outside the Church there is no salvation according to Vatican Council II, EENS, the Athanasius Creed etc.Instead Catholics in there believe outside the Church there is known salvation.
Matteo Salvini and the Lega members can remind their bishops to be normal.To reason normally.To avoid the deception.

Vatican Council II indicates the migrants need faith and the baptism of water for salvation(AG 7, LG 14).This is the ordinary way of salvation.This is the norm to go to Heaven and avoid Hell. Most of the migrants do not have faith and baptism at the time of death.

The bishops do not affirm Vatican Council II with reference to the migrants.
The Lega members could affirm the Faith in public and set an example for the bishops.
Upon the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) was based the traditional teaching on the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation and the non separation of Church and State.
