There is apostasy today since Vatican Council II, with the false premise, has in with one stroke, done away with the Creeds and Catechisms in their original interpretation. The fault lies not with Vatican Council II but the false premise. If the premise is rational. the Council is in harmony with Tradition. With one stroke we go back to the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.

No pope or CDf-Prefect chose to interpret the Council without the fake premise. - Lionel Andrades

Ad Gentes 7( all need faith and baptism for salvation ) agrees with extra ecclesiam nulla salus( outside the Church there is no salvation) which also agrees with the Athanasius Creed ( all need the Catholic faith for salvation )

The Catechism of the Catholic Church (n.1257) says all need the baptism of water for salvation but God is not limited to the Sacraments.Defacto ( practically) all need the baptism of water for salvation and de jure (in principle, hypothetically, speculatively, theoretically) God is not limited to the Sacraments

The Catechism of the Catholic Church (n.846) states outside the Church there is no salvation (AG 7, CCC 846) and all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church. So if anyone is saved through the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance, outside the Church, it would only be known to God, and so it would not be an exception or relevant to the traditional teaching on all needing faith and baptism for salvation(AG 7, EENS etc) and outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation (CCC 846)

The Decree of Precepts and Prohibitions placed upon the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire for affirming the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), with no known exceptions, could also be placed upon the other religious communities in the Diocese of Manchester, men and women, if they did not unethically use a false premise to interpret Vatican Council II and create fake exceptions for EENS

The Decree could also be applied to Fr.Georges de Laire, Judicial Vicar, of the diocese, who unethically interprets all Magisterial documents, including Vatican Council II, with a false premise and inference to create a rupture with the teaching on their being exclusive salvation  in the Catholic Church ( EENS, Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX etc).

Similarly the Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Archbishops Giacomo Morandi and Augustine di Noia would also be affirming EENS according to the missionaries of the 16th century if they did not deceptively use the fake premise confusing what is invisible as being visible and then creating a New Theology based upon this error. The same could also be said for Bishop Peter Libasci, bishop of Manchester, his Chancellor and other members of the Curia.

So the sanctions against the St. Benedict Cener are unjust. They should be removed. -Lionel Andrades

Seven questions which Bishop Peter Libasci , Diane Quinlin, the Chancellor and the Rev. Georges de Laire, Judicial Vicar could answer and affirm. Their interpretation of Vatican Council II and EENS woud be the same as that of the St. Benedict Center, NH.So they can end the prohibitions placed upon the religious community

All the religious communities in the Diocese of Manchester, USA could be asked these seven questions and they would agree with them. Even the LCWR Sisters would be in agreement with these seven questions as the two religious communities in Rome. Since they are common sense questions and indicate that Vatican Council II can be interpreted without a false premise and the conclusion supports exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church and the rest of Tradition.

Here are the seven questions which Bishop Peter Libasci the bishop of the diocese, Diane Quinlin, the Chancellor and the Rev. Georges de Laire, Judicial Vicar could also answer and affirm. SEVEN POINTS

 1. LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II always refer to hypothetical, speculative and theoretical cases. So they are not practical exceptions to the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church. There is no objective rupture with the Athanasius Creed which says all need Catholic faith for salvation.

2. They agree that Jesus died for all, salvation is open for all in potential but to receive this salvation all need to enter the Church, with faith and baptism(AG 7). The Church is necessary ( Dominus Iesus 20, CDF, Notification on Fr.Jacques Dupuis sj 2000 etc).

3. They interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise, just like me. LG 14, LG 16 etc are only hypothetical. They are not objective cases in 2021.

4. The baptism of desire(BDD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance (I.I) refer to only hypothetical cases. If any one has received salvation with BOD, BOB and I.I only God can know.

5.The Church teaches in Vatican Council II( without the false premise) that everyone who dies in 2021, without faith and baptism, are oriented to Hell in general, in principle.

6. It is a lie and deception when someone uses the false premise to interpret the Nicene Creed, Vatican Council II. Catechisms, the dogma EENS and BOD, BOB and I.I.

Why should the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, USA in the Diocese of Manchester, and other Catholics in the diocese, interpret Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) with a false premise ?

Why should the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, USA in the Diocese of Manchester, and other Catholics in the diocese, interpret Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) with a false premise ?

1.The baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance are hypothetical cases only - and they are always hypothetical. Why should Catholics say they are not hypothetical and so objective exceptions to Feeneyite EENS in 2021 ?

2.LG 8, LG 14, LG 16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are always hypothetical and theoretical cases only. Why should Catholics interpret them as being objective persons in the present times(1965-2021)saved  outside the Church and so exceptions to Feeneyite EENS ?. -Lionel Andrades

No denial from Father Georges de Laire : he affirms heresy in public and this is a scandal. The Holy Mass he offers is a sacrilege

Image
Father Georges de Laireappointed by Bp. Peter Libasci as judicial vicar and vicar for canonical affairs,  Diocese of Manchester,USA has not responded to the blog posts on Eucharist and Mission,  e-mailed to him and other Chancery offices in the diocese.1
The Judicial Vicar for canonical affairs who has placed severe restrictions on the Catholic community in New Hampshire, based on the new theology, needs to clarify for all Catholics :-
1 Invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are not physically visible exceptions to the dogmaextra ecclesiam nulla salus or Vatican Council II and neither to Ad Gentes 7 which says all need faith and baptism for salvation ?
2.Invisible and unknown cases  referenced in  LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3 NA 2, GS 22 etc of Vatican Council II, are not personally known cases in 2019 and so practical exceptions to the dogma EENS as it is known to the St. Benedict Center and and also to the popes and saints over the centuries ?
The St.Benedict Center has doctrinally clarified their position on this subject.
Canon 751 of the Code of Canon Law states: "Heresy is the obstinate denial or obstinate doubt after the reception of baptism of some truth which is to be believed by divine and Catholic faith."
1. The two Secretaries of the CDF, Archbishop Giacomo Morandi and Joseph Augustine Di Noia, like the Prefect of the CDF, Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj and Pope Benedict XVI, interpret the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) as personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church. This is irrational but it is obligatory for all religious communities in the Diocese of Manchester.
2.Then they interpret LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3,NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II as personally known non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church. This too is irrational and it is obligatory for men and women religious in the diocese.
3.Then with this irrationality they change the understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed. They reject the Athanasius Creed.
This is first class heresy. It has to be affirmed by all. It is heresy also for Father Georges de Laire and he does not deny it or clarify his doctrinal and theological position and that of the diocese.
4.He interprets the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS)  with visible exceptions of BOD, BOB and I.I like the error made in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO).
LOHO mixed up invisible cases as being visible and what is implicit as being explicit. The religious communities have to do the same. They must repeat the confusion. This heresy also for Father Georges de Laire.
5.Then the ecclesiastics interpret Vatican Council II also as a rupture with EENS since LG 8, LG 16 etc refer to personally known non Catholics, saved outside the Church. So they infer that there is salvation outside the Church. There is known salvation with visible people since only in this way can there be exceptions to EENS.This is compulsory otherwise the religious communties would be saying that in Heaven there are only Catholics.Father Georges de Laire would be saying the same. He would be saying like the St.Benedict Center that there are only Catholics in Heaven. The alternative is heresy, which he does not deny.
6.The two Secretaries of the CDF interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church with the same irrationality. So the Catechism(1994) and Vatican Council II become a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return and EENS.Every religious and lay person in the diocese has to do this. This is heresy and it is not denied by Father Georges de Laire.
7.If they do not use the irrationality then Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church are in harmony with EENS and the past ecclesiology. There is a hermeneutic of continuity. So they intentionally ignore this rational interpretation even after being informed. This too is heresy. It is with all this obligatory heresy that religious in the diocese have to offer/ attend Holy Mass.It is with this  heresy which is not  denied by Father Georges de Laire, he offers Holy Mass sacrilegiously..
8.Since BOD,BOB and I.I refer to personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church, the Catechism of Pope Pius X when it mentions invincible ignorance, is interpreted by the CDF, as known people. So it contradicts the same Catechism  which says everyone needs to be a member of the Catholic Church for salvation.
There is no contradiction for me since I avoid the irrationality.
However religious in the diocese have to affirm this contradiction to remain in the diocese, legally , as Catholics. This is also a condition for the St. Benedict Center, which formerly was recognized as a lay community in the diocese. They now have their status changed by the CDF and Bishop Libasci. So the the Catechism of Pope Pius X contradicts itself for Father Georges de Laire. This is an irrational and heretical interpretation and is not part of the Deposit of the Faith.
9.The Catechism of Pope Pius X ( invincible ignorance) contradicts the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX( EENS,ecumenism of return etc). All this has to be accepted by the St.Benedict Center to have their status restored. It also has to be affirmed by all religious communities even though it is irrational and not Catholic in any sense.
There is no contradiction for me since I avoid the irrational premise and inference of the CDF and the Curia of the Diocese of Manchester. The Catechism of Pope Pius X ( invincible ignorance) contradicts the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX( EENS,ecumenism of return etc) for Father Georges de Laire. There  has been no denial from him. This is another heretical interpretation of Magisterial documents. If he denied all this then he would have to affirm exclusive salvation. So he keeps silent.
10.This is all heresy . It is schism with the past popes on EENS.This is a scandal. To offer Holy Mass in this condition is a sacrilege. But it is obligatory for all in the diocese including Father Georges de Laire.

If the CDF is honest the sanctions should also apply to the Judicial Vicar and Chancellor of the Diocese of Manchester, who are faking it,with the false premise and inference. It should also apply to cardinals and bishops and ecclesiastics at the Vatican
On that basis, and that the Slaves had persisted in their obstinacy and that scandal had continued, the Manchester diocese placed the prohibitions on the group which were to take effect in January 2019. The decree of prohibitions bears the signatures of Fr. de Laire and of Diane Quinlan, the diocesan chancellor.
The decree stated that only the Anointing of the Sick for a person in danger of physical death by an approved priest would be allowed at the group’s property, and that no priest would validly hear Confession and impart Absolution at the property except for a penitent in imminent danger of physical death.
It added that documents signed by the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart in April and July 2009, after which the then-bishop had provided for a priest to say Mass at their property, were null and void.- Catholic News Agency, Vatican upholds prohibitions placed on Feeneyite group by diocese in New Hampshire

The prohibitions are being imposed upon Brother Andre Marie MICM and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Benedict Center, N.H, since they interpret Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) without the false premise. If Fr.Georges de Laire, Judicial Vicar and Diane Quinlan, diocesan chancellor, in the Diocese of Manchester, USA, did not use the fake premise to deceptively reject EENSthe sanctions, decree of precepts and prohibitions could also apply to them.
Similarly if Archbishops Giacomo Morandi and Augustine Di Noia, Secretaries at the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), Vatican, and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, Prefect of the CDF, did not use the fake premise, to interpret Vatican Council II, then the Council would not contradict 16th century EENS.It would not contradict EENS according to the Church Fathers and Medieval Fathers. There would b no split with the past Magisterium and popes.Since there would be no new revelation in Vatican Council II and no development of doctrine.
It would then mean that the CDF ecclesiastics are affirming the strict interpretation of EENS. The same interpretation of the St. Benedict Center.
So if the CDF is honest the sanctions should also apply to the Judicial Vicar and Chancellor of the Diocese of Manchester, who are faking it,with the false premise and inference. It should also apply to cardinals and bishops and ecclesiastics at the Vatican. -Lionel Andrades

7. Catholics need to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and not irrationally. There is a rational option.-Lionel Andrades
