The Latin Mass which Cardinal Burke offers and Matteo Salvini attends has a salvation theology, understanding of mission, ecclesiology( understanding of Church) and ecumenism different from that of the Traditional Latin Mass in the 16th century or the Mass in Greek in the first century. Similarly Cardinal Burke does not tell Boris Johnson or Jacob Rees Mogg, Catholics in England, that Vatican Council II today is in harmony with exclusive salvation as it was known to those who attended the Traditional Latin Mass
There is no position paper put out by the Federation International Una Voce (FIUV) on the traditionalists at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire,USA being asked by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the Diocese of Manchester, USA,to consider the Catechism of the Catholic Church(CCC 847-848) as being exceptions to traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).In other words the Syllabus of Errors with invincible ignorance etc has exceptions to the past exclusivist ecclesiology and ecumenism of return. Also invincible ignorance mentioned in the Catechism of Pope Pius X contradicts exclusive salvation in the Church, mentioned in the same Catechism

Like Pope Francis he interprets the Syllabus of Errors as a rupture with EENS since the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are objective exceptions to EENS.

How can Cardinal Raymond Burke say that he believes in Jesus and His Church when he will not interpret Vatican Council II rationally and so in in harmony with exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church, the past ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return ?
How can he call himself a Catholic when he cannot say that Lumen Gentium does not have any exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) ?
He must make an announcement and clarify that LG 8 (the theoretical case of known non Catholics saved with elements of sanctification and truth in other other religions leading to salvation)does not contradict EENS as it was known to Fr. Leonard Feeney and the St.Benedict Center of his time.Similarly in 2019 we do not know of any who has been saved where the Catholic Church allegedly exists, outside its visible boundaries.(LG 8).
Similarly LG 14( the hypothetical case of the unknown catechumen who dies before receiving the baptism of water which he sought and now is allegedly saved) refers to a theoretical case only. It is not a concrete and practical exception to Feeneyite EENS, the Syllabus of Errors on EENS or the Athanasius Creed on EENS.Theoretical cases cannot be exceptions to EENS. Speculation is not a concrete person saved outside the Church.
Similarly LG 16( the hypothetical case of an unknown person saved outside the Church in invincible ignorance or a good conscience and who is saved) is also theoretical and speculative for us human beings. It is not a literal case. It is not someone whose name and surname we know in the present times. So LG 16 cannot be an exception to EENS as it was known to the Magisterium and missionaries in the 16th century.
Without these corrections and clarifications Cardinal Burke's understanding of Vatican Council II is superficial and irrational.
He would intentionally be creating schism with the popes before Pius XII. They all interpreted the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) as hypothetical cases only.
He would be in schism with the popes over the centuries, along with the schismatics popes from Paul VI to Francis, who interpreted BOD, BOB and I.I as examples of known non Catholics saved outside the Church. Cardinal Raymond Burke must see that he like the pope supports heresy and a rupture with Tradition when he interprets Vatican Council II with a false premise and inference and ignores the rational alternative.
Cardinal Raymond Burke needs to see that thre is no known salvation outside the visible Church; there are no known non Catholics saved without 'faith and baptism'(AG 7, LG14) this year.This is a simple observation.
We humans cannot meet or see any non person saved outside the Church.It is at this point that we can create or avoid schism in the Church.
Schism has been created by assuming there is known salvation outside the Church in the present times and these are examples of non Catholics saved without faith and baptism in the Catholic Church. So it is wrongly assumed that there is no more exclusive salvation in the Church and there is no more an exclusivist understanding of Church with reference to salvation and that there is no more an ecumenism of return.So the Syllabus of Error on EENS has been contradicted.Also the Athanasius Creed on EENS has been rejected. The Nicene Creed has been changed to , ' I believe in three or more known baptisms for the forgiveness of sins ( desire, blood and ignorance) and they exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church.'Other teachings of the Church related to EENS would also be changed. So there is a false interpretation of Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. All this is heresy and schism with the past Magisterium of the Catholic Church.
It is only with this irrationality that there is a theological possibility for the New Theology, New Ecumenism, New Evangelisation, New....
All this new theology is based upon outside the Church there is visible and known salvation.
Cardinal Burke must identify this error and correct it.
