Voris needs to ask for an extension and more time in the lawsuit against him
and Church Militant TV, filed by Fr. Georges de Laire. Four Lawyers have
deserted Michael and another one was blocked by the judge. CMTV, Ferndale property
is held in escrow as the popular TV host defends himself personally, with no legal help. He
could be asked to pay reportedly 500,000 to the millionaire diocesan priest
from New Hampshire.
Before any payment is made by late April, the CMTV lawsuit against Marc Balestrieri has to be settled. He is unable to call other canonist witnesses, since they are handling cases, probably, in New Hampshire where Fr. Laire rules.
Voris, with Christine Niles Esq., no more an employee of CMTV, must point out
that Fr. Laire and Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester in New Hampshire
(NH) were coercing the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at the St.
Benedict Center, Richmond, NH. They were being coerced with a legal Decree of
Prohibitions and Precepts. They were being forced to interpret the Catechism of
the Catholic Church 847-848 ( saved in invincible ignorance) as a practical exception,
for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) defined by Church Councils
( 1215,1442).This is irrational. It is dishonest. How can invisible cases of
being saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire be visible
exceptions for Feeneyite EENS? This is unethical.
Michael Voris, who presently does not have an income or defamation-insurance, has to state that the plaintiff :-
1) intentionally
persisted with the Decree of Prohibitions and Precepts, even after being
informed via the Curia, through the Internet and in personal e-mails sent to
him, that CCC 847-848 were not exceptions for EENS, as interpreted by the St.
Benedict Center in NH. The Letter from the Congregation for the Doctrine of the
Faith, Vatican, with the CDF error, is posted on the website of the Diocese of
Manchester in NH. It is public evidence.
2. Fr.Laire and the CDF are irrational, unethical and not professional. This is dishonesty for a priest. There still is no denial from him or the bishop of the diocese.
They made a mistake on CCC 847-848.They do not admit that they made an
objective mistake in public, upon which the Decree was issued against a religious
community, which accepts the pope and all Magisterial Documents, interpreted
rationally, only.
3) The bishop and the judicial vicar in the diocese of Manchester must apologize
to the St. Benedict Center and CMTV.
4) The bishop and judicial vicar and the Curia at Manchester, interpret
LG 8,14,1,5,16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, in Vatican Council II as referring to
physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church in 1965-2024. Only in this way there can be exceptions for EENS according to the Councils, which did not mention any exceptions.The
judge must be asked if he too considers them physically visible cases? Can he
meet or see someone saved outside the Catholic Church in invincible ignorance
(LG 16) or the baptism of desire (LG 14)? Yet without this ruse, Fr. Laire would be Feeneyite on EENS and liable for a Decree issued against him.
5) The bishop, judicial vicar and Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez,
Prefect of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, are forcing
all religions communities ( Franciscans,
Carmelites etc) to interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II ( AG 7, LG 14)
irrationally or be hit with a Decree, and be declared ‘legally non Catholic’.
No Catholic is safe in New Hampshire.
This is coercion. It is not Catholic. It is political and ideological. The average Catholic in New Hampshire is not expected to obey, it must be pointed out.
6. How can Fr. Georges de Laire, who interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally, rejects outright the Athanasius Creed, changes the understanding of the Nicene Creed, puts aside the Church Councils which defined EENS, ex cathedra and infallibly – be allowed at the Marriage Tribunal in the diocese? This is first class heresy on the Creeds and EENS and schism with the Magisterium over the centuries (Creeds, Councils etc). This is a public scandal. Is the Holy Mass offered by Fr. Laire and the bishop, a sacrilege? Is this not all an ‘impediment’ according to Canon Law, for offering Holy Mass?
7. CMTV and Michael Voris must demand that Fr. Georges de Laire provide
compensation relief to the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and to other
parties involved in the law suit he filed.
8. By submitting false and obsolete information on Vatican Council II
and other Magisterial Documents, even though a rational and traditional option
is available and public, Fr. Laire, and the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the
Faith, Vatican were dishonest. They used this information coercively against the
St. Benedict Center NH, and hid the information about Fr. Laire, interpreting Magisterial Documents deceptively, and who now denies
that he is in any way unethical.
If the Judge does not accept this charge against the plainstiff, for
whatever reason, then an appeal should be made to another court.
In general a Church or secular lawyer must not accept a bishop or
judicial vicar, who interprets Vatican Council II irrationally. He also must
not allow a judge- Catholic or non Catholic, to interpret the Council, irrationally
and not rationally.
Since Brother Andre Marie micm, Prior at the St. Benedict Center NH has
indirectly participated in this law suit, when he made a clarification on Marc
Balestrieri, he could put forward the above arguments in support of CMTV, before any payment is made
to Fr. Laire.
It must be emphasized that if Fr. Georges de Laire did not interpret CCC
847-848 and Vatican Council II (AG 7) dishonestly then he would be affirming
Feeneyite EENS, like the St. Benedict Center NH. So he would be eligible to
have the Decree issued against him. It would be the same for Bishop Libasci and
his Curia. Now he personally escaped a Decree of Prohibitions being issued against him, by being unethical.
