1. Interpret
Vatican Council II rationally with only the Rational Premise in harmony with
Tradition.
2. Interpret 'the Red not being an exception to the Blue' in Vatican Council II, Catechisms, Dominus
Iesus, Redemptoris Missio etc.
3.Interpret Mystici Corporis, Quanta Cura, Quanto Conficiamur Moerore and the saints and popes over the centuries , who mention the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance, as not contradicting the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
4. Interpret
Vatican Council II in harmony with the founders of the religious communities
Franciscans, Dominicans, Carmelites etc, on extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

Understand that Vatican Council II is no reason to go into sedevacantism. The
CMRI, MHT etc do not know about Vatican Council II (rational).
6. When
Church leaders and non Catholics refer to Vatican Council II loosely and do not
make the rational/irrational distinction, they should be corrected.Only Vatican Council II ( rational) is acceptable. It is honest.
7.Irrespective
of who was present at Vatican Council II( Congar, Murray, Rahner etc) and what
was said or done, the Council can always be interpreted rationally. Since it is the Rational Premise which determines the hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition.
8. So at all
liturgical rites, including the Novus Ordo, Mass we can only have the old
ecclesiology/old Missal, when Vatican Council II is interpreted rationally. Since
the Council is traditional.The irrational common interpretation is not an option.It is dishonest.
9. The
Letter of the Holy Office 1949 is irrational and so cannot be Magisterial. Also
the popes are Magisterial only when they interpret Vatican Council II rationally.
They cannot be Magisterial when they choose the False Premise. It is the same
for the cardinals and bishops.
10. At First
Communion, Confirmation, Adult Catechesis and Evangelization only Vatican Council II rational
must be chosen. So there is a return to the past exclusivist ecclesiology of
the Catholic Church.
These concepts are also understood by the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary,in Richmond, New Hampshire. They interpret Vatican Council II ( rational) in harmony with the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.They could be helpful in explaining these concepts.

Notably, the encyclical addresses the subject of salvation outside of the church.[2] Beginning by rebuking the belief that eternal salvation could be attained even while "living in error and alienated from the true faith and Catholic unity," Pius recognizes that there are "those who are struggling with invincible ignorance about our most holy religion( invincible ignorane refers to invisible and hypothetical cases only it must be kept in mind. Sincerely observing the natural law and its precepts inscribed by God on all hearts and ready to obey God, they live honest lives and are able to attain eternal life by the efficacious virtue of divine light and grace."[1] The Pope then strongly reaffirms the teaching of extra Ecclesiam nulla salus and affirms that those who oppose the teaching of the church or are "stubbornly separated" from it cannot obtain eternal salvation.[1] The encyclical gives praise for those clergy, consecrated virgins, and people of Italy who have remained faithful and ends on a hopeful note.

When I say that there is a whole body of knowledge and we could call it Only the Catholic Church. I am calling attention to the traditional teachings of the Catholic Church with Magisterial Documents with a Rational Premise, as it was common in the past centuries.

So I don’t have to be consulted. I am simply interpreting Magisterial Documents without the False Premise and any one can do the same and their conclusion will be traditional.
Simply use the Rational Premise to interpret
Magisterial Documents.Then return to the
teachings of the saints and popes of the
past.They will not contradict Vatican Council
II interpreted with the Rational Premise.
Weekly Bible study could focus on the mission and salvation passages in the Bible which will be a motivation for weekly mission in various forms. It could be mission events or mission on the streets. There could be organized outreach with doctrines which are now in unity with the Magisterium of the past and in unity with Vatican Council II (Rational). There will be no division in the mission proclamation with the now common liberalism created with the False Premise.

So today we can have the traditional mission based upon the necessity of believing in God, the Trinity, Jesus as the Son of God, His Death and Resurrection and the necessity of membership in the Catholic Church ( Ad Gentes 7, Lumen Gentium 14) , with no known exceptions, for salvation.

There could be catechesis among Catholics, by Catholic evangelizers, who interpret Vatican Council II rationally and so also interpret the First Commandment rationally. There would be the rational interpretation of the Nicene, Apostles and Athanasius Creed, all the Catechisms and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus with invisible cases of the baptism of desire, invincible ignorance and the baptism of blood not being visible exceptions.
BIBLE STUDY
Then there could be follow up Bible Reading/Discussion Meetings, similar to those of the Neo Catechumenal Way of Kiko Arguello, or other Catholic groups and organizations.

In this way everyone is made aware of the traditional Catholic faith, with the old theology and exclusivist ecclesiology, in harmony with Vatican Council II (Rational). This is irrespective if they attend Holy Mass according to the Neo Cathechumenal Way, Latin,vernacular or the Byzantine Rite or the Syro-Malabar Rite.

In Rome most of the priests and religious sisters are interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally with the Irrational Premise to create a break with Tradition. They are following the two popes who do the same and then change faith and morals in the name of Vatican Council II ( Irrational)
