Vatican Council II without the false premise supports the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) upon which is based the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation and the non separation of Church and State. Since membership in the Catholic Church is necessary for salvation with faith and baptism(AG 7), the priority for the political system, for Catholics, is to save souls from going to Hell.
But Pope Francis and the Vicar General of Rome, Cardinal Angelo de Donatis,interpret Vatican Council II with the false premise.So there is alleged, known salvation outside the Church.They assume there are personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church, without faith and baptism(AG 7, LG 14).So every one does not need to be a member of the Catholic Church is the conclusion of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the Left, which oversees the CDF.
So there is no more the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King in all political legislation.The proclamation like EENS has been made obsolete.

Fr. Vaughn Treco's excommunication needs to be revoked
Similarly there was so much confusion among the supporters of Fr. Vaughn Treco who was recently excommunicated in another diocese.

The excommunication of Fr. Treco must be revoked and Vatican Council II must be interpreted in harmony with EENS, the Syllabus of Errors etc.When Fr. Treco affirms EENS he supported by Vatican Council II, Feeneyite.

Bishop Caggiano and the apologists at Catholic Answers must do the same otherwise they support heresy and schism.

Lajiness, the Rector of the Sacred Heart Major Seminary, Detroit, who is a member of the Board of Commissioners for the Association of Theological Schools(ATS),USA and also works with ATS on accreditation, visits seminaries throughout the USA.He ensures that this irrationality is taught in salvation theology. The traditional ecclesiology is rejected. It is not said that 'the Church made a mistake'.
