It is Vatican Council II which supports extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This will be a surprise for many.

It is Vatican Council II which supports extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). This will be a surprise for many.
The Council Fathers, many of them, made a mistake. They assumed hypothetical cases were objective examples of salvation outside the Church. So they became  exceptions to traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14 mentions the need for faith and baptism for salvation but also mentions the unknown cases of the person saved in invincible ignorance or the baptism of desire.I call this Cushingism. Cushingites assume unknown cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are known exceptions to EENS. This was the false reasoning of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 which has been placed in the Denzinger and referenced in Vatican Council II.
Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger interpreted Vatican Council II with Cushingism. The traditionalists and sedevacantists(CMRI,MHFM etc) also did the same. Archbishop Lefebvre was a Cushingite. The traditionalists then rejected this interpretation of Vatican Council II(Cushingite).
But even with the mistake, the Council II can still be interpreted with hypothetical cases just being hypothetical. I call this interpretation Vatican Council II(Feeneyite).BOD,BOB and I.I are only theoretical and not personally known people saved outside the Church, according to Feeenyism.LG 8, LG 14,LG 16, UR 3, GS 22 etc all mention only hypothetical cases, in Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite). So they are not exceptions to the dogma EENS.
The Council does not contradict EENS, the past ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return when the premise ( invisible people are not visible) is rational.
So with Vatican Council II( Feeneyite) I affirm that in Heaven there are only Catholics. Since all who are in Heaven are there with faith and baptism and we humans cannot know of any exception.
A possibility of being saved outside the Church is only hypothetical. It is not a concrete exception to EENS.
It is possible that there could be 20 people saved outside the Church last year but it is also possible that there was no a single one. So to cite a possibility is meaningless.
So when I say in Heaven there are only Catholics I am interpreting EENS with Feeneyism and not Cushingism. BOD, BOB and I.I cannot be exceptions.
When I say in Heaven there are only Catholic I am interpreting Vatican Council II with Feeneyism and not Cushingism. LG 8, UR 3, GS 22, LG 16 etc are not practical exceptions to EENS.
Very Rev. Georges de Laire
So when Fr Georges de Laire, the vicar for canonical affairs for the Diocese of Manchester,USA and Fr. Matteo Visioli, the new under-Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith want the St. Benedict Center to deny that there are only Catholics in Heaven, they interpret EENS and Vatican Council II with Cushingism and want the St. Benedict Center to do the same.
If they choose to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS with Feeneyism then they too would be saying that in Heaven there are only Catholics.

Diocese of Manchester affirms new interpretation of Vatican Council II supporting extra ecclesiam nulla salus

Image result for Photo of Bishop Libasci in Manchester USA
Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester, USA and Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior at the St. Benedict Center are now saying that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, GS 22, NA 2 etc in Vatican Council II refer to only hypothetical cases and so they are not exceptions  to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and the 16th century exclusive ecclesiology of the Church.
So the Council does not contradict the past ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return.  It does not contradict  traditional mission, based upon the knowledge  that most people are oriented to Hell, without faith and baptism in the Catholic Church. We can now affirm EENS based on Vatican Council II (AG 7).
When Pope Francis on the return flight from Abu Dhabi cited Vatican Council II, for him there were exceptions  in the Council, to the dogma EENS.
Similarly when Pope Benedict cited Nostra Aetate after the reaction to his Regensburg address, he  suggested outside the Church there is known salvation. Nostra Aetate 2 etc would refer to personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church for the pope. This is irrational.
In the question and answer session at the Placquet Deo Press Conference last year, Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj told the Associated Press  correspondent  that LG 8  was an exception to the Church's old teaching on it having an exclusiveness and superiority in salvation.Again this is false.
The popes and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) have still to announcement that there are no objective exceptions  to EENS in 2019.

Bishop Peter Libasci and Curia members in the Diocese of Manchester and Brother Andre Marie MICM and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary agree that there are no personally known csaes of non Catholics saved outside the Church with the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I).There were none even over the last 50 years. So there are no objective exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).

Michael and Peter Dimond at the MHFM still interpret Vatican Council II with Cushingism and ignore the Feeneyite, rational alternative.

All the popes, Creeds and catechisms before Pope Pius XII support Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston when the small 't' is not mistaken for being the big 'T'

Catholics wrongly interpret Vatican Council II with the small 't' and assume it is the big 'T'

Catholics today follow the small 't' and believe that it has been the big 'T' in the Church for centuries. They assume that the the saints who refer to BOD, BOB and I.I refer to exceptions to EENS.In other words, personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church. Visible and not invisible people. But this was the thinking in the Church only since Pius XII. It is the small 't'

On this point even the past two popes would agree with them. There are no practical exceptions to EENS and the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.
Fr Georges de Laire, the vicar for canonical affairs who has issued a Decree of Prohibitions against the St.Benedict Center, does not know of any person saved outside the Church, in his life time.So there cannot be known exceptions to the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation.
No one in the diocese of Manchester knows of any exception to the Syllabus of Errors of Pope PiuS IX, which affirms only an ecumenism of return.
So there is no theological basis, in Manchester, or Boston, for the New Theology, New Ecumenism, New Ecclesiology, New Evangelisation etc based on alleged visible examples of BOD, BOB and I.I being exceptions to 16th- century EENS.
Brother Andre Marie affirms the same rational, Feenyite theology as Bishop Peter Libasci, Fr. Georges de Laire and the new chancellor Meredith Cook. They also say that BOD, BOB and I.I is invisible in 2019.So there are no practical exceptions to EENS. All adults in Manchester need the baptism of water with Catholic faith to avoid Hell ( go to Heaven) and there can be no known exceptions. All Jews, Muslims etc are oriented to Hell.
However Brother Andre Marie is also affirming Feeneyite EENS based on Vatican Council II (AG 7). Since LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, GS 22 , NA 2 etc in Vatican Council II being hypothetical and theoretical only, do not contradict Feeneyite EENS.So he supports 'the rigorist interpretation' of EENS based on Vatican Council II.-Lionel Andrades
