It is Vatican Council II which supports extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). This will be a surprise for many.
The Council Fathers, many of them, made a mistake. They assumed hypothetical cases were objective examples of salvation outside the Church. So they became  exceptions to traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14 mentions the need for faith and baptism for salvation but also mentions the unknown cases of the person saved in invincible ignorance or the baptism of desire.I call this Cushingism. Cushingites assume unknown cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are known exceptions to EENS. This was the false reasoning of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 which has been placed in the Denzinger and referenced in Vatican Council II.
Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger interpreted Vatican Council II with Cushingism. The traditionalists and sedevacantists(CMRI,MHFM etc) also did the same. Archbishop Lefebvre was a Cushingite. The traditionalists then rejected this interpretation of Vatican Council II(Cushingite).
But even with the mistake, the Council II can still be interpreted with hypothetical cases just being hypothetical. I call this interpretation Vatican Council II(Feeneyite).BOD,BOB and I.I are only theoretical and not personally known people saved outside the Church, according to Feeenyism.LG 8, LG 14,LG 16, UR 3, GS 22 etc all mention only hypothetical cases, in Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite). So they are not exceptions to the dogma EENS.
The Council does not contradict EENS, the past ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return when the premise ( invisible people are not visible) is rational.
So with Vatican Council II( Feeneyite) I affirm that in Heaven there are only Catholics. Since all who are in Heaven are there with faith and baptism and we humans cannot know of any exception.
A possibility of being saved outside the Church is only hypothetical. It is not a concrete exception to EENS.
It is possible that there could be 20 people saved outside the Church last year but it is also possible that there was no a single one. So to cite a possibility is meaningless.
So when I say in Heaven there are only Catholics I am interpreting EENS with Feeneyism and not Cushingism. BOD, BOB and I.I cannot be exceptions.
When I say in Heaven there are only Catholic I am interpreting Vatican Council II with Feeneyism and not Cushingism. LG 8, UR 3, GS 22, LG 16 etc are not practical exceptions to EENS.
Very Rev. Georges de Laire
So when Fr Georges de Laire, the vicar for canonical affairs for the Diocese of Manchester,USA and Fr. Matteo Visioli, the new under-Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith want the St. Benedict Center to deny that there are only Catholics in Heaven, they interpret EENS and Vatican Council II with Cushingism and want the St. Benedict Center to do the same.
If they choose to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS with Feeneyism then they too would be saying that in Heaven there are only Catholics.
