It is not the SBC which violates Canon 751 of the Code of Canon Law but Fr. Georges de Laire, the CDF and the present two popes.

Canonical Incompetence

Saint Joseph's is not the first group to be targeted by de Laire and Bp. Libasci. The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart run the St. Benedict Center in Richmond, New Hampshire, and have been placed under sanctions for adhering to Catholic dogma. The misunderstanding stemmed from the community's motto, Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus, Latin for "outside the Church, there is no salvation."
After more than a decade of having daily Mass at their community and school, de Laire stripped the community of the privilege of having a diocesan priest.
De Laire accused them of violating canon 751 if the Code of Canon Law and accused them of being obstinate heretics.

Lionel:
De Laire accused them of violating canon 751 if the Code of Canon Law and accused them of being obstinate heretics.
Can. 751 Heresy is the obstinate denial or doubt, after baptism, of a truth which must be believed by divine and catholic faithApostasy is the total repudiation of the christian faithSchism is the withdrawal of submission to the Supreme Pontiff or from communion with the members of the Church subject to him.
Can. 752 While the assent of faith is not required, a religious submission of intellect and will is to be given to any doctrine which either the Supreme Pontiff or the College of Bishopsexercising their authentic magisteriumdeclare upon a matter of faith or morals, even though they do not intend to proclaim that doctrine by definitive actChrist's faithful are therefore to ensure that they avoid whatever does not accord with that doctrine.
The St. Benedict Center holds that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation and it accepts hypothetical possibilities of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I).I repeat, it accepts them.It does not deny them.
It does not deny BOD, BOB and I.I and neither does it deny the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), as it was known for example in the 16th century by the Magisterium and missionaries. They do not contradict each other. It is not either-or.
Catholic Missionary
They affirm Vatican Council II with hypothetical cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc not being ot practical exceptions to the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation defined by three Church Councils in the extra ordinary Magisterium. So Vatican Council II for them is in harmony with the traditional interpretation of EENS, the past exclusive ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return, the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors.
They affirm all the Catechisms of the Catholic Church and interpret BOD, BOB and I.I as referring to hypothetical possibilities, known only to God, and so they are not practical exceptions to the dogma EENS, as it was known to Fr. Leonard Feeney and the St.Benedict Center of his time. They are only possibilities known to God as Brother Andre Marie MICM, has mentioned, in his correspondence with the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. It can be read on the Catholicism.org website.
So like the popes over the centuries who affirmed the strict interpretation of EENS with hypothetical cases of BOD, BOB and I.I the St.Benedict Center Center also says in Heaven there are only Catholics.
Fr.Georges de Laire also accepts all magisterial documents but interprets BOD, BOB and I.I as referring to known non Catholics allegedly saved outside the Church. So BOD, BOB and I. I become practical exceptions to the strict interpretation of outside the Church there is no salvation. For him and the CDF and the present two popes there is salvation outside the Church.
Similarly they assume LG 8 etc are personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church, without 'faith and baptism' .So LG 8, LG 16 etc become objective and visible exceptions to the dogma EENS as it was known to the missionaries in the 16th century. This is irrational and the conclusion is heretical. However this is the official interpretation of the popes and cardinals today.
So the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation is rejected and the understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed is changed. This is first class heresy and the ecclesiastics claim this is magisterial.
So it is not the SBC which violates Canon 751 of the Code of Canon Law but Fr. Georges de Laire, the CDF and the present two popes.-Lionel Andrades
