Why must Bishop Rey in Frejus-Toulon,France interpret the Council with a False Premise like Cardinal- designate Arthur Roche and not with a Rational Premise like Sister Maria Philomena the Director of the St. Augustine Institute of Wisdom, St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, USA ?
