Vatican Council II II says all need faith and baptism for salvation. We know that Mohammad died without faith and baptism.He also knew about Jesus and the Church. He was oriented to Hell according to Vatican Council II (AG 7, LG 14). So citing Vatican Council II would be a crime for the European Court.

According to Vatican Council II, outside the Church there is no salvation(AG 7) and all need to be members of the Catholic Church with 'faith and baptism' to avoid Hell. So all Muslims, and other non Catholics are outside the Church and are oriented to the fires of Hell.This has been the centuries- old teaching of the Catholic Church.

There are no known cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance in 2018. So the norm is faith and baptism for salvation and not invincible ignorance etc, which would only be known to God.

Hypothetical cases mentioned in Vatican Council II (LG 8 etc) cannot be objective exceptions to Vatican Council II(AG 7), the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus( Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441), the Catechism of Pope Pius X, the Catechism of Pope John Paul II ( CCC 1257- all need the baptism of water for salvation and we do not know of any one saved because God is not limited to the Sacraments. Hypothetical cases are not exceptions to the norm.).Catholic Magisterial documents indicate that Mohammad is in Hell.This is the official teaching of the Church interpreted with Feeneyism as a theology and not the common and irrational Cushingism of the liberals.
