Brother Andre Marie MICM has the same theological position as the Director of Education and Catechists in the Diocese of Manchester, USA

 Mary Ellen Mahon

For Mary Ellen Mahon Director of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Manchester, USA, the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) refer to hypothetical  cases only. So there are no exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS),for her. She's a Feeneyite. Also Lumen Gentium 8 etc in Vatican Council II refer to unknown people in 2019.So the Council does not contradict the strict interpretation of EENS for her.It is the same for Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire.

For both of them there are only Catholics in Heaven. They affirm the dogma EENS and Vatican Council (AG 7) and there are no personally known exceptions of BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8 etc.Possibilities of salvation outside the Church, accepted hypothetically, are not concrete examples of salvation outside the Church, for the both of them.

This is also the theological position of Kelly Goodreau, a Catechist in the diocese. It is the same for Fr.Matthew Mason coordinator of Vocations for the diocese. They have not denied it.
Mary Ellen Mahon, Kelly Goodreau and Fr. Matthew hold the same philosophy and theology of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire. But they have not received the Precept of Prohibitions which were issued against Brother Andre Marie and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
For Mary Ellen Mahon the Catechism of the Catholic Church(ns.847-848) would not be an exception to the strict interpretation of EENS.It cannot be an exception since CCC 847-848 refers only to a hypothetical case and not someone actually saved in invincible ignorance. It is the same for Brother Andre Marie MICM according to his Doctrinal Statement placed on the Catholicism.org website.
The Precepts of Prohibitions against the St.Benedict Center will be reviewed on June 30.Meredith Cook is the New Chancellor of the Diocese and it is hoped she will open communications with the St. Benedict Center.
She also needs to inform the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) that the St. Benedict Center affirm Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
However CCC 847-848 refers to a hypothetical case of a person in ignorance through no fault of his own for Brother Andre Marie. For the Secretaries of the CDF it refers to a personally known non Catholic saved outside the Church and so it is an exception to 16th century EENS. So the CDF rejects 16th century EENS.
We can look at it also with the red passages not being an exception to the blue passages.1
So the passages in red contradict the passages in blue for the CDF but the passages in red being hypothetical for the St. Benedict Center do not contradict the passages in blue for the St. Benedict Center.
For all the popes before Pius XII, BOD, BOB and I.I refer to hypothetical cases ( I call this the big 'T').For the popes after Pius XII they refer to exceptions to EENS and not just hypothetical cases. They are supposed to be objective( I call this the small 't').Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church can be interpreted with the big T or small t.Brother Andre Marie uses the big T (there are not personally known exceptions to EENS) and the CDF uses the small t(BOD,BOB and I.I are personally known exceptions)
The St. Benedict Center(SBC) follows the popes before Pius XII and the CDF those after Pius XII.The popes before Pius XII were Feeneyite and those after his pontificate were Cushingite.

The CDF wants the SBC to interpret Vatican Council II, EENS, the Creeds and Catechisms with Cushingism but the SBC chooses rational and traditional Feeneyism
The CDF needs to correct the Cushingite error.Cushingism is an objective error and could be observed  and criticized by even a non Catholic. It is something obvious and is common knowledge.
A responsible and matured adult cannot use the Cushingite reasoning.
The SBC are not sedevacatists or schismatics. They do not reject Vatican Council II ( interpreted with Feeneyism). It  does not contradict the old interpretation of the dogma EENS. This is common knowledge and even Mary Ellen Mahon  would agree here.
The CDF must also be informed that Catholics in general cannot be asked to use a false premise and inference to interpret magisterial documents, to create a rupture  with the past exclusivist ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return and the Athanasius Creed.
The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center must also begin talking with members of the Curia in Manchester.Ask them if BOD, BOD and I.I  refer to invisible or visible persons in 2019.Ask the religious communities in Manchester if Lumen Gentium 8, 'elements of sanctification and truth' in other religions, refer to personally known people  or are they just hypothetical cases.Do the religious communities hold the same theology and philosophy as the SBC but are not aware of it?
