Since with Cushingism there is alleged known salvation outside the Church.Cushingite BOD, BOB and I.I are exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).Similarly Cushingite LG 8,UR3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are literal exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.This is Cushingism according to the present two popes.

Cushingism came in a big way into the Catholic Church with the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO). It projected unknown cases of BOD,BOB and I.I as being literal and known exceptions to Feeneyite EENS. At Vatican Council II Congar, Ratzinger, Rahner, Murray and Bea were Cushingite.So in Vatican Council II BOD,BOB and I.I were wrongly mentioned to contradict Ad Gentes 7, when it states all need faith and baptism for salvation.All need faith and baptism, but some do not, was the bad reasoning.
Pope Paul VI and the popes who followed interpreted Vatican Council II with Cushingism, even though Feeneyism was an available rational choice.
Now if any religious superior or Bishops' Conference interprets Vatican Council II or EENS with Feeneyism, the Vatican, committed to the Left, and the Masons, would oppose it.
Fr.Vaughn Treco was excommunicated. He was coming across as Feeneyite on EENS but was still confused with a Cushingite Vatican Council II.
He had his back against the wall, since the modernists and Lefebvrists are Cushingites.
Excommunicated Fr. Alessandro M. Minutella from Palermo, Italy is conservative but on Vatican Council II and EENS he is Cushingite, being influenced by Pope Benedict.
Similarly Jose Galat in Colombia is Cushingite on Vatican Council II and interprets EENS with BOD, BOB and I.I being exceptions.
It's just like Michael Voris and other conservative Caushingite Catholics, today who support Tradition and attend Mass in the vernacular.
At the Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, Robert Fastiggi and Ralph Martin are Cushingite on Vatican Council II and EENS and so are allowed to teach theology. It is approved by Cardinal Pietro Parolin.-Lionel Andrades

GS 22 (Gaudium et Specs 22. The case of the unknown non Catholic who is saved outside the Catholic Church. He or she is saved without faith and baptism but with goodwill.
