Pope Francis' reference to 'the magisterium of Vatican Council II' is misleading since he only knows of Vatican Council II (Cushingite) and ignores Vatican Council II( Feeneyite). He interprets all magisterial documents without Feeneyism (invisible cases are invisible)

In his talk in Italian on the New Evangelisation Pope Francis referred to the "magisterium of Vatican Council II". This is misleading since there is a Vatican Council II Feeneyite and Vatican Council II Cushingite, Vatican Council II interpreted without the false premise and the Council intentionally interpreted with the false premise to create an irrational rupture with Tradition. Pope Francis and Pope Benedict only interpret Vatican Council II with Cushingism. This is the only Council they can affirm.
They interpret all magisterial documents with Cushingism( invisible cases are visible) and not Feeneyism ( invisible cases are just invisible). So invisible cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are visible exceptions to the past ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return, 16th century extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Athanasius Creed( outside the Church no salvation).
So there will be no jurdical and institutional structures to implement this irrationality.Non Catholics are saved in their religions for him and he will proclaim Jesus without the necessity of believing in Him to avoid Hell.
Pope Francis is referring to Vatican Council II (Cushingite) which cannot be magisterial since the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective mistake. Vatican Council II, Cushingite is the work of human hands. It has a human error and objective error. It is a fact of life that we cannot see non Catholics saved outside the Church with elements of sanctification and truth in other religions(LG 8), invincible ignorance(LG 16), good and holy things in other religions(NA 2), with good will( GS 22) etc.-Lionel Andrades
