So Bishop Frank Caggiano and the Catholic Apologetics do not say anything controversial and true on this subject.They interpret Vatican Council II with the hermeneutic of rupture , using the false premise, as does Pope Francis and the liberals and Masons.It is the same with the traditionalists and conservative Catholics.

Bishop Frank Caggiano the Bishop of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA may have been pleased with me writing that he uses a false premise  to interpret magisterial documents , especially Vatican Council II,  to create a rupture with Tradition.The result is heresy and schism with the past popes.Heresy and schism are mortal sins. There is also deception: since Lumen Gentium does not contradict the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) yet he projects it as an exception.
 

But if I wrote that Bishop Caggiano agrees that Lumen Gentium is not an exception to 16th century EENS and neither are the hypothetical cases of LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II, there would be tension for him.
 

It could emerge like those Christian pastors in China affirming their Christian faith and so the Chinese authorities bulldoze their churches and homes.
