I accept Vatican Council II and interpret LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II as referring to only theoretical and hypothetical cases. They exist only in our mind. They are not practical exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), the Athanasius Creed ( which says all need to be Catholic for salvation) and exclusive salvation being there in only the Catholic Church mentioned in the Catechism of the Catholic Church(24Q,27Q). So for me most people on earth are going to Hell since they die outside the Church and in Heaven there are only Catholics
