It's all in the mind. Some say LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II is implicit and for others it is explicit. For some it is invisible and for others- in their mind, it is physically visible.It is subjective for me and objective for you. If LG 8, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are hypothetical, theoretical and speculative only, the Conciliar Church is turned upside down. Since now the false premise, the false choice, is no more the norm.It is being changed. The norm would be LG 8 etc are always hypothetical.It would refer to invisible people in the present times,even though they referred to visible people for the Conciliar Fathers( Cushing, Rahner, Ratzinger etc) at Vatican Council II.
