The old Mass was offered by the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate at the parish Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea, Rome. Pope Franics has still not given them permission to restore their old church.It lies unused.They also have not been given permission to re-use their old seminary building. Vatican Council II should no more be an issue for the them now that they can re-interpret it rationally in harmony with Tradition.-Lionel Andrades
