Archbishop
Gianrico Ruzza, the former Secretary of the Italian Bishops Conference (CEI) is the
bishop of the diocese Porta Santa Rufina, Rome. It lies in the parish of
Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea. Here here lies the empty church and seminary
of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate which the still remains closed.
He gets his
permission to keep the Church and seminary closed from the political left and not the Magisterium of the
Church. Since like the popes and cardinals he obstinately persists in public
heresy.This is not magisterial.
Like Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj., he does not accept the Athanasius Creed
and the dogma EENS it is heresy. This is heresy according to the
Catechism of the Catholic Church.
When they both reject the Fourth
Lateran Council (1215) by interpreting Vatican Council II with the fake premise
( invisible non catholics are visible in the present times) this is heresy. It
is heresy according to the Catechism of the Catholic Church. According
to Canon Law all cardinals, bishops, rectors, parish priests, must affirm the
teachings and de fide beliefs of the
Church.Othwerwise they cannot hold their office.
2089 Incredulity is the
neglect of revealed truth or the willful refusal to assent to it. "Heresy is the obstinate
post-baptismal denial of some truth which must be believed with divine and
catholic faith, or it is likewise an obstinate doubt concerning the same; apostasy is the
total repudiation of the Christian faith; schism is the
refusal of submission to the Roman Pontiff or of communion with the members of
the Church subject to him." - Catechism of the Catholic Church (emphasis
added )
Cardinal Ladaria and
Archbishop Ruzza obstinately reject the Athanasius
Creed. There is no denial from them. I have mentioned this before.They obstinately do not affirm the Fourth
Lateran Council. They both obstinately re-interpret the Nicene Creed.The result is heresy and schism with the past Magisterium. They obstinately re-interpret Vatican
Council II irrationally.They obstinately re-interpret
irrationally the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance,
mentioned in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of
Boston.

A pope is not a pope when he is in public mortal sin. To avoid the Anti Semitic charge and not have diplomatic relations broken with Israel and the OIC, Pope Francis interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and dishonestly.He produces a fake rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), the Athanasius Creed, the Nicene Creed, the past Catechisms, the Fourth Lateran Council and other Councils on traditional ecclesiocentrism. So now we don’t have a pope in communion with Jesus and His Church.He needs to end the scandal.This is not a permanent state.

CDF agrees with me
Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, Prefect, Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, and Archbishop Augustine di Noia, Secretary, CDF, recognize their past mistakes. They would agree with me on these three pages marked in golden (1, 2, and 3).
It is an issue of common sense. It would be obvious even for those who are not Christian.
1. Outside the Church there is no salvation is the teaching of the Church Councils, Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
2. Hypothetical cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are not objective exceptions in 1965-2023 for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).
3. The Church still teaches that there is exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church. This is taught through the Bible, Vatican Council II, the Catechisms, the Creeds, Councils etc. - Lionel Andrades

3. EXCLUSIVE SALVATION IN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH TODAY
14. This Sacred Council wishes to turn its attention firstly to the Catholic faithful. Basing itself upon Sacred Scripture and Tradition, it teaches that the Church, now sojourning on earth as an exile, is necessary for salvation. Christ, present to us in His Body, which is the Church, is the one Mediator and the unique way of salvation. In explicit terms He Himself affirmed the necessity of faith and baptism124 and thereby affirmed also the necessity of the Church, for through baptism as through a door men enter the Church…- Lumen Gentium 14, Vatican Council II
Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by baptism, as by a door.-Ad Gentes 7
CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH 845-846
845 To reunite all his children, scattered and led astray by sin, the Father willed to call the whole of humanity together into his Son's Church. The Church is the place where humanity must rediscover its unity and salvation. The Church is "the world reconciled." She is that bark which "in the full sail of the Lord's cross, by the breath of the Holy Spirit, navigates safely in this world."
