Who saw BOD cases in Heaven? Who met them on earth?

You say Lionel: " They believe that BOD etc refers to known people saved O U T S I D E  the church." NO Lionel, I along with all the members say that BOB's were saved  WITHIN he Church and NOT outside of the Church.

Lionel: O.K then where are they this year?

What were there names over the last five years? Last 30 years? At the time of Vatican Council II? At the time of Fr. Leonard Feeney? Who saw BOD cases in Heaven? Who met them on earth?
