I affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) along with hypothetical and speculative baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I).

So he changes the meaning of Magisterial documents with this heresy, mortal sin of faith when he attend Holy Mass.This is a scandal and the Mass would be a sacrilege for him.
He could choose to announce like at the time of the Catholic,Austro Hungarian Empire , that he affirms the strict interpretation of EENS without BOD,BOB and I.I being literal exceptions.
He could then ask the Vatican to make their correction.
