Fr.Leonard Feeney was correct and the Holy Office in 1949 was wrong.Pope Benedict and Pope Francis have made objective mistakes : all Magisterial documents with the blue passages affirm exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church while the red passages, are only hypothetical and theoretical.

So all Magisterial documents with the blue passages affirm exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church while the red passages, are only hypothetical and theoretical. They are not exceptions to the blue passages.1 Fr.Leonard Feeney was correct and the Holy Office in 1949 was wrong.Pope Benedict and Pope Francis have made objective mistakes. They assumed that the red passages were exceptions to the blue.So for them non Catholics saved were known and visible.Otherwise how could they be exceptions?
It is the blue passages which really indicate the norm for salvation with no known extraordinary way of salvation.
If the red passages are assumed to be the extraordinary way of salvation then the Council would emerge ambiguous and irrational. They cannot be extraordinary means of salvation for us human beings since they do not exist. There are no such cases. Hypothetical cases cannot be known examples of salvation. So there is no extraordinary means of salvation for us.
The Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO) wrongly assumed that the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I), now in the red passages of Vatican Council II, were the extra ordinary way of salvation. So this is now an error in Vatican Council II.
This was also the mistake of Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger and Fr. Luiz Ladaria sj, in two theological papers of the International Theological Commisssion. It is also the irrational and bad, new theology underlying Redemptoris Missio and Dominus Iesus and Pope Francis' Evangelii Gaudium. The red passages were exceptions to the blue for these popes.
Evangelii Gausdium projects a kergyma without the necessity of being a member of the Catholic Church, the hierarchical church, which all Christians can proclaim. This is even though Pope Francis once said that the hierarchical church of St.Ignatius of Loyola was necessary.
The blue passages in Magisterial documents support Fr. Leonard Feeney and the red passages are not exceptions.Fr. Leonard Feeney and the St.Benedict Center of his time were correct and the Holy- Office cardinals and Cardinal Cushing and the Jesuits, in Boston, were wrong.Practically there are no known cases of BOD, BOB and I.I.The red passages are not practical exceptions to the blue.

In Magisterial documents the red is not an exception to the blue, the red does not contradict the blue : with the blue there is a hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition (16th- century extra ecclesium nulla salus, the Syllabus of Errors, ecumenism of return, past exclusivist ecclesiology etc)
