All Magisterial documents with the blue passages, affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and so support Brother Andre Marie MICM : in Heaven there are only Catholics is magisterial

All Magisterial passages with the blue passages, affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla sauls and so support Brother Andre Marie MICM, the Prior at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, USA.The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, in their correspondence, accepted by Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester, wrongly assume the red passages are practical exceptions to the blue passages.
The CDF correspondence on the Diocese of Manchester website shows up this error.1
The Catechism of the Catholic Church n.847 and 848 are not exceptions to 846. This was the CDF mistake.
For Archbishop Giacomo Morandi and Joseph Augustine Di Noia, the red are exceptions to the blue.
Similarly Ad Gentes 7 in Vatican Council II cited by Brother Andre Marie in his correspondence with the CDF, supports the St. Benedict Center on extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Since the red is not an exception to the blue for the SBC. There are no known exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II, to Ad Gentes 7, for the community of Fr.Leonard Feeney.
Likewise, Dominus Iesus 20 also cited by Brother Andre Marie in his Letter on Doctrine, also supports the SBC position.3
All Magisterial documents with the blue passages are in line with the exclusive- salvation- in- the- Catholic Church-theology of the St.Benedict Center. The blue passages say that there is exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. So in Heaven there are only Catholics.
So according to the blue passages in Magisterial documents, most people are oriented to Hell since they die outside the Church, without 'faith and baptism'(AG 7).
So the 'legal notice' from Fr.Georges de Laire, Episcopal Vicar for Canonical Affairs, Diocese of Manchester(Precepts of Prohibition) and the two Seceretaries of the CDF, to Brother Andre Marie, is based on theology which assumes that the red is an exception to the blue passages.

Fr.Leonard Feeney was correct and the Holy Office in 1949 was wrong.Pope Benedict and Pope Francis have made objective mistakes : all Magisterial documents with the blue passages affirm exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church while the red passages, are only hypothetical and theoretical
