There are only Catholics in Heaven according to Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7) and they are there with faith and baptism

There are only Catholics in Heaven according to Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7) and they are there with faith and baptism. This has also been the traditional teaching of the Church expressed in Pope John Paul II's Notification on Fr. Jacques Deupuis sj, issued by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF).
All need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation it says in the Catechism of Pope Pius X.Three Church Councils defined the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (Cantate Domino, Concilio di Firenze 1441 etc).Literally there are no cases known of the baptism of desire etc said Fr.Leonard Feeney.Practically there are no known cases of the baptism of desire(BOD),  baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) even the Bishop Peter Libasci, the Bishop of Manchester. He would .Also Rev. Georges de Laire J.C.L, Episcopal Vicar for Canonical Affairs, Diocese of Manchester would agree that he does not personally know of anyone saved outside the Catholic Church with BOD, BOB and I.I. He would say that it is obvious that he could not meet or see someone  saved outside the Church in invincible ignorance(LG 16). It would be the same for cases referenced in LG 8, LG14, UR 3,NA 2, GS 22 etc.
There are no practical exceptions known to us human beings and so there are none mentioned in Vatican Council II.No one in the diocese of Manchester would know of any exception to the Catholic Church's de fide teaching on exclusive salvation.
But every one needs to believe in Jesus in the Catholic Church; in the community, the Church, and those who do not do so will be condemned(Mk.16:16).Faith and baptism in the Catholic Church is the norm for salvation(Vatican Council II, Ad Gentes 7).
This is the traditional teaching of the Catholic Church held by the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at the St. Benedict Center in New Hamsphire, USA and Bishop Libasci and Fr.Laire agree that there are no practical exceptions. They agree with Fr.Leonard Feeney that literally there were no exceptions to EENS in Boston or anywhere else.
So other religions are false paths to salvation according to the Catholic Church( CDF, Notification, Dupuis n.7) while the Episcopal Vicar for Canonical Affairs, Diocese of Manchester agrees there are no practical exceptions to EENS.This was also the statement on other religions by by Cardinal Raymond Burke at the last  Voice of the Family conference in Rome.
Ths is also the Catholic belief of Brother Andre Marie MICM who is not allowed to affirm his Catholic faith by the CDF,Vatican and the political Left, since he has to allege that there are exceptions to EENS even when Fr. Laire would agree that there are none known to him.
Now Brother Andre Marie has to say that there are known non Catholics saved outside the Church, when humanly we cannot know of any.Since he refuses to affirm the irrational philosophy and theology,  Precepts of Prohibition have been issued by Fr. Laire and Mrs. Diana Murphy Quinlin, the Chancellor of the Diocese of Manchester.Mrs.Quinlin also would agree that she does not know the name and surname of someone saved outside the Church. Since such cases would only be in Heaven and known to God.
So now Brother Andre Marie has to contradict the dogma EENS, the Athanasius Creed, the past Catechisms and Vatican Council II interpreted rationally.Otherwise he will legally not be able to call  himself a Catholic.Meanwhile the the Chancellor and Episcopal Vicar are not telling the bishop that they do not and cannot know of any exception to Brother Andre Marie's interpretation of EENS.
A recitation of the Athanasius Creed is also not being accepted by the CDF and the Bishop Peter Libasci. It says outside the Church there is no salvation and it does not mention any exceptions.
This was the type of threat Michael Voris faced in the Archdiocese of Detroit when he said that there are only Catholics in Heaven and that the Catholic Church is the continuation of the Jewish religion(Nostra Aetate 4).He was asked to change the name of his media which was originally called Real Catholic TV.
Meanwhile the Catholic schools in Detroit and Manchester, approved by the Vatican, teach Catholic children that unknown cases to them also, of non Catholics saved outside the Church, are known exceptions  to Ad Gentes 7 and EENS.
Only those schools can legally be called Catholic according to the CDF who say that they can see and know of non Catholics now saved outside the Church and who are in Heaven.Without this irrational reasoning a Catholic cannot claim he is a Catholic according to the Left and the Vatican.Since otherwise he would be affirming exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.
This is the acceptable theology for the CDF and the Diocese of Manchester and the St. Benedict Center does not follow it.
So a faith teaching which is obligatory for Catholics to affirm (John 3:5, Mk.16:16) can now result in severe prohibitions.
Also traditional mission based on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church will be punished sacramentally by Pope Francis. One has to follow Satan and evil, to be a Catholic in good standing in the Church.
Affirming traditional mission and evangelisation, exclusive salvation in Jesus and his Mystical Body the Church - and that Catholics are the new people of God, the new Chosen people(NA 4) is the new mortal sin approved by the political Left within the Church today.
This evil was being taught and implemented by ecclesiastics in the Church for a long time. Now it is official in the Diocese of Manchester.
The bottom line is that the Catholic Church in Vatican Council II says there are only Catholics in Heaven (AG 7) and the bishop, Chancellor and Episcopal Vicar of the diocese, agree that they do not and cannot know of any exception. This is also the position of the St. Benedict Center in their diocese.-Lionel Andrades
