        Yes, of course. The Church's universal teaching on faith and morals cannot be in 
      • error. Whatever the Council asserted doctrinally cannot be in error, and assuredly is not on the point at hand (LG 14).

    • To then posit BOD, BOB and I.I as referring to known non Catholics saved outside the Church is human error.
    • To use this reasoning in Lumen Gentium 14 was human error.
