Traditionalists in Bishop Napolioni's diocese unaware of the difference between Feeneyisn and Cushingism

Bishop Napolioni interprets Vatican Council II and outside the Church no salvation with Cushingism ( hypothetical cases are not hypothetical but physically visible)  and so thinks the past ecclesiology, associated with the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) is obsolete. He does not realize that liturgy is not the issue.It does not influence ecclesiology. Since with Feeneyism( hypothetical cases are just hypotheical and known people saved outside the Church) even at Holy Mass in Italian the old ecclesiology of the Catholic Church is still intact.

Una Voce, Italy does not seem aware of the difference between Cushingism and Feeneyism, as a philosophy and theology, in interpreting Vatican Council II and other Magisterial texts.

The Cushingite passages when interpreted rationally are neutral to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). They do not contradict the past ecclesiology associated with the Traditional Latin Mass.

Traditionalists at their summer conference this year need to discuss this point and issue a statement.

Also note that the Doctrinal Beliefs, issued by the traditionalists at the St. Benedict Center can be interpreted with Cushingism or Feeneyism.

The Society of St. Pius X(SSPX)  would interpret the SBC Doctrinal Beliefs with Cushingism and the SBC with Feeneyism.So there are to standards of doctrines being followed by the traditionalists.

The Catholics in the Italian diocese of Cremona are Cushingites as is the founder of the blog Messainlatino, who lives in this diocese. They are unable to explain to Bishop Napoliono that the past ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return does not depend upon the liturgy.
