I affirm the Athanasius Creed. Archbishop Perego does not.He's automatically excommunicated.
For me BOD, BOB and I.I 1 refer to only hypothetical cases.
For Archbishop Gian Carlo Perego BOD, BOB and I.I are exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and so he infers that they are real people, personally known.Unknown people could not be exceptions.
So for him they are visible non Catholics saved outside the Church.So EENS has exceptions.It has become obsolete.
This is irrational. But with this irrationality the new Archbishop of Ferrara, Italy changes the understanding of the Nicene Creed.It becomes, 'I believe in three or more known baptisms for the forgiveness of sins and they exclude the baptism of water, they are desire, blood,invincible ignorance etc'.
This is heresy.It is a double excommunication.
He is on the way to Hell and he dispenses the Sacraments without recanting.
This is a scandal in Ferrara.The Archbishop needs to end the scandal and go for Confession.
The new Mayor of Ferrara, Alan Fabbri, an engineer, could announce for the Archbishop, that there are no physically visible cases of the BOD, BOB and I.I.There are no physically visible cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church, for us humans.So Vatican Council II(LG 8 etc) do not contradict the 16th century interpretation of EENS.
There are mortal sins of faith and mortal sins of morals and in a mortal sin of faith, Archbishop Perego, rejects the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation. He also changes the understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed.
This is the sin of incredulity, disbelief.
He is not to offer Holy Mass and dispense the Sacraments, according to Canon Law, since the sin and scandal is public.
The Mayor and City Council could clarify for the Archbishop that there are no public cases of non Catholics saved with BOD, BOB and I.I or LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc.
Knowing that hypothetical cases are just hypothetical we can also correct the propaganda on salvation, from the Left.
1.Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston was correct and the Holy Office(CDF) 1949 made an objective error.
2.Some of the liberal Council Fathers at Vatican Council II were also wrong to consider LG, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II as being exceptions to EENS, the past ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return.
3.When the popes before Pius XII referred to BOD, BOB and I.I they were referring to only hypothetical cases and not exceptions to the traditional interpretation of EENS. This was something obvious.They did not have to announce it.
The liberal theologians and the traditionalists associated with Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre ,made an objective mistake when they interpreted the popes as contradicting Fr. Leonard Feeney, with allegedly non hypothetical and personally known cases of BOD,BOB and I.I.
According to Newton's Laws of Physics, the engineer must tell the Archbishop, we cannot physically see a body in Heaven and neither can someone be in Heaven be on earth at the same time.
So the Archbishop of Ferrara has made an objective mistake.It is a fact that there are no personally known exceptions to the dogma EENS, as it was known to the Magisterium and missionaries in the 16th century.
Archbishop Perego must stop teaching theological errors at seminaries and universities. He needs to recant.The Mass he offers is a sacrilege in Ferrara and he expects people to participate in it.-Lionel Andrades

It is heresy for the Archbishop of Ferrara to reject the Syllabus of Errors and the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church by teaching that there are personally or generally known exceptions of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in 2019. So Vatican Council II is wrongly projected by him as a rupture with the Syllabus of Errors and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). The Mayor of Ferrara could correct the Archbishop and announce that there are no personally or generally known exceptions to EENS in 2019

Society of St. Pius X now has 658 priests and most of them interpret Vatican Council II with the red being an exception to the blue , mix up the small t for the big T , they use irrational Cushingism instead of rational Feeneyism , they use a false premise and inference to interpret magisterial documents when they can choose to avoid this irrationality , reject the Athanasius Creed with visible instead of invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance, choose the right hand side column instead of the left hand side column to interpret the Catechisms including the Catechism of Pope Pius X and then call themselves traditionalists

The red passages are not exceptions to EENS for me. The Society of St. Pius X priests may affirm the dogma EENS and reject Vatican Council II since the red passages are not hypothetical for them. Similarly Archbishop Augustine Di Noia op, Adjunct Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), Vatican Council II, rejects the dogma EENS, since the red passages in Vatican Council II are objective and personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church.
