Just as Archbishop Di Noia wanted Brother Andre Marie MICM, to accept the Catechism of the Catholic Church n.847-848 as being exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and Archbishop Guido Pozzo wanted the SSPX to interpret Vatican Council II,interpreted irrationally to be a rupture with EENS, Bishop Steven Lopez wanted Fr. Vaughn Treco to re-interpret EENS and Vatican Council II irrationally and then accept the false conclusion.
Fr. Vaughn Treco uses the same false reasoning to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS, as does the bishop, but he rejects the conclusion and the bishop accepts it.
The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) also uses the false reasoning to create a rupture with EENS, the past exclusivist ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return.
It is the CDF which is in heresy and the error is public and objective.
This is a factual error of the CDF and it cannot be magisterial. Only God can know if someone is saved outside the Church. We do not know of a single case of a non Catholic saved with the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance, with or without the baptism of water.This is a fact of life. It is not just an opinion.It is something obvious.
