It is the past Magisterium against the present magisterium on extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). The past Magisterium was Feeneyite and the present one is Cushingite.So at one time the Church has to be wrong.

The present magisterium uses irrational  Cushingism and so this cannot be the teaching of the Holy Spirit. 

Michael Voris and the CMTV Staff are Cushingite. They interpret EENS and Vatican Council II with Cushingism.This creates the hermeneutic of rupture with the popes over the centuries on EENS and the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood ( BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I).

To break free of this error Michael Voris has simply to announce that BOD,BOB and I.I and also LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, in Vatican Council II, refer to only hypothetical and theoretical cases.

He is not doing this.

So now theologically he is rejecting the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation.For Michael Voris outside the Church there is salvation with LG 8 etc and BOD, BOB and I.I. He is also rejecting the Syllabus of Errors etc, as did the popes from Paul VI to Francis.

The CMTV Staff support mortal sins of faith.It is the same with the SSPX, the ecclesiastics of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican and the present two popes.
