Not just a personal view

Once a Catholic sees that the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance (I.I) is today being interpreted as referring to invisible or visible cases, Vatican Council II and the Catechisms, can be interpreted in two ways, one rational and the other irrational.Most people use the irrational option.
If BOD, BOB and I.I refer to invisible cases, I call it Feeneyism.
If BOD, BOB and I.I refer to visible cases, I call it Cushingism.
So there can be a Cushingite and Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). It depends upon how EENS is interpreted.
Similarly if Lumen Gentium 8 (elements of sanctification and grace in other religions which could lead to salvation) refers to invisible or visible cases in 2019.If LG 8 is interpreted as referring to an invisible case it is Feeneyite. So with LG 8, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc all referring to invisible cases, we have a Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite).If they are interpreted as referring to physically visible and personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church in 1949-2019 we have a Cushingite interpretation of Vatican Council II.
Similarly the Catechisms, all of them, can be interpreted with Feeneyism or Cushingism.
So the popes over the centuries, before Pius XII, when they interpreted BOD, BOB and I.I were Feeneyite. Since BOD, BOB and I.I can only hypothetical. This is the way God made it. But there are many people who interpret the popes with Cushingism. So BOD, BOB and I.I becomes an exception to EENS( Feeneyite) and an EENS ( Cushingite) has emerged.The popes over the centuries were Feeneyite. The popes since Paul VI interpreted BOD, BOB and I.I as an exception to EENS ( Feeneyite). So the popes from Paul VI were Cushingite.
But Cushingism is irrational. 
This is not just a personal view. This is how every one sees physical reality. We can either see someone saved outside the Church or we cannot.
We can physically see someone who is an exception to EENS( Feeneyite) or we cannot.
Archbishop Thomas E. Gullickson says there are no known cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance.He is a Feeneyite.
Fr. Stefano Visintin OSB says the same.He is a Feeneyite. John Martignoni says there are no known cases  of BOD, BOB and I.I.He is a Feeneyite.-Lionel Andrades

This is Vatican Council II(Feeneyite) which would be 'extremist' for Angela Merkel's Germany.So the German Catholic bishops are denying it,and are giving the Eucharist at Holy Mass to Protestants, since the Catholic bishops have rejected Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) and interpret the Council with Cushingism.
