The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) interprets Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) with the heretical New Theology 1 and it wants the St.Benedict Center, New Hampshire, to do the same.The traditionalists at Una Voce(FIUV) and the Latin Mass Societies and organisations, are also forced to interpret the Council with this error and there is no comment from them.Even the SSPX bishops and priests, use the New Theology to interpret the Council irrationally. Excommunicated priests Fr. Alessandro M. Minutella and Fr. Vaughn Treco were not aware of the precise cause of the New Theology and how it could be avoided.

English liberal cardinals and bishops offer the Latin Mass in Britain with the New Theology and this is approved by Dr. Joseph Shaw Chairman of the Latin Mass Societies of England and Wales and writer of position papers for the Federation International Una Voce.In the 16th century the Traditional Latin Mass was offered without the New Theology.So the Latin Mass which Shaw attends is not the Mass of the Centuries.

A journalist can get to the heart of the issue by asking Joseph Shaw if Lumen Gentium contradicts the strict interpretation of EENS. 

Does LG 9, LG 16 etc refer to physically visible or non Catholics saved outside the Church or do they refer to hypothetical cases only?

He could say that Cardinal Vince Nicols and the Bishop's Conference in Britain interpret Lumen Gentium  as an exception to EENS( Feeneyite) and so does the same. He imples that LG 8 etc are physically visible and personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church. Only in this way they can become exceptions . Invisible people cannot be exceptions. If there is no known person saved outside the Church then there cannot be exceptions.

There would have to be literal cases for there to be practical exceptions to EENS and the past exclusivist ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return of the Traditional Latin Mass.

So Joseph Shaw could say that since the CDF assumes there are exceptions to EENS, philosophically he does the same and teaches it to his students and it is the policy of the Latin Mass Societies and FIUV.

Joseph Shaw does not comment on this issue  and when I comment on hs blog he removes the comment.

If he corrects the error he would be supporting Feeneyite EENS and so he does not issue a position paper or comment on the traditionalists at the St.Benedict Center being declared legally non Catholic by the CDF and the Diocese of Manchester, USA.-Lionel Andrades
