Irrational Interpretation of the Catechism of the Catholic Church by Prof. Dr. Jan-Heiner Tück and the Faculty of Theology of the University of Vienna

Irrational Interpretation of the Catechism of the Catholic Church
IRRATIONAL PREMISE
1.Invisible people are visible.
2.Invisible cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) are visible people.
3.There are visible cases of non Catholics saved in the present times (1965-2020) as referred to in Lumen Gentium 8, Unitatits Reintigratio 3, Gaudium et Specs 22, Nostra Aetate 2 etc.

IRRATIONAL INFERENCE
1.Invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I are known exceptions to 16th century extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
2.Unknown cases of LG 8, lG 14, LG 16 etc are known exceptions to the past eccclesiology.

IRRATIONAL CONCLUSION
Since there are known cases of salvation outside the Church:-
1. The Catechism of the Catholic Church ( 847-848-invincible ignorance) contradicts 16th century EENS.
2.  The Catechism of the Catholic Church ( 1257- The Necessity of Baptism)  refers to known non Catholics saved outside the Church, since ' God is not limited to the Sacraments'.So CCC 1257 contradicts itself when it states, the Church knows of no means to eternal salvation other than then baptism of water. So all need the baptism of water for salvation and some do not need it practically.
The confusion exists since the implicit-explicit, invisible-visible distinction is not made and there is a false premise which is being used.
3.The Catechism of the Catholic Church ( CCC 846- Outside the Church No Salvation) refers to known non Catholics saved outside the Church. So it is stated  'all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body'.This general statement accomodates BOD, BOB and I.I as being exceptions to EENS.
CCC 846 does not state that all need to be members of the Catholic Church with faith and baptism, with no exception, for salvation. This would be Feeneyite.
For cardinals Schonborn and Ratzinger, there are exceptions. Invisible cases are visible. They are Cushingites.
CCC 846 also says, 'Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.'  In other words there are known people who will be saved outside the Church in invincible ignorance.Since there are known people, the bad logic is, only those who know , need to enter the Church and not all in general. So the dogma EENS as it was defined by three Church Councils is contradicted. There is a calculated rupture with Tradition.
This was the irrational reasoning which was there at Vatican Council II (1965).It came from the error in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.It was adopted, and not corrected, with the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
So the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( 1257,846 etc), with the false premise, inference and conclusion contradicts the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), the Athanasius Creed ( outside the Church no salvation), the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( 24 Q,27 Q), the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, Cantate Domino and the Council of Florence 1441 on extra ecclesiam nulla salus. There are exceptions created. There are even exceptions made for  Jesus' teachings in John 3:5 and Mark 16:16.
