Bishop Athanasius Schneider and Dr.Taylor Marshall mentioned the New Theology but did not discuss the case of the traditionalist Brother Andre Marie MICM, against whom the New Theology is being used, by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF).
Archbishop Augustine di Noia, Adjunct Secretary, CDF has officialy informed Brother Andre Marie MICM, at the St. Benedict Center,New Hampshire, USA, that unknown and invisible cases of being saved in invincible ignorance(Catechism of the Catholic Church 847-848) are objective to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). So the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS, according to the Magisterium and missionaries of the 16th century, had practical exceptions in CCC 847-848, for Archbishop Di Noia.
This was also the reasoning of Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester, USA and so severe penalties were placed on the religious community the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in the diocese of Manchester, based upon the New Theology.
If CCC 847-848 refers to visible and personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church then the Catechism of the Catholic Church is a rupture with Feeneyite EENS. But if it refers to an invisible person and a hypothetical case in 2020 then the Catechism does not contradict Feeneyite EENS.
A non Catholic and a school boy would know that CCC 847-848 refers to an invisible person, a hypothetical case.
So Archbishop Di Noia, is artificially and knowingly creating what Pope Benedict would call, the hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition.
He was confusing what is subjective as being objective,invisible as visible and then suggesting, like the liberals, that this was a development of doctrine, or, a development of the dogma EENS. Ths really was a development of deception.
Then he uses the same false premise and inference to project Lumen Gentium 16 ( invincible ignorance), Gaudium et Specs 22 etc as being exceptions to EENS.Possibilities of being saved in invincible ignorance, we know, exist only in our mind.They are not actual people in 1965-2020.This is common sense.So an artificial rupture is created by Bishop Augustine di Noia with the Syllabus of Errors of Pius IX, the Catechism of th Pope Pius X ( 24 Q, 27 Q), the Athanasius Creed( all need the Catholic faith for salvation) etc.
Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, Prefect, CDF and Archbishop Di Noia like the popes from Pius XII to Francis, have made an objective error and an injustice is being done to Brother Andre Marie and the religious community Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at the St.Benedict Center.
Dr.Taylor Marshall has not commented upon the case of Brother Andre Marie, when he referred to the New Theology. The New Theology is based upon the confusion over unknown people being considered known, invisible cases of the baptism of desire, invincible ignorance and the baptism of blood are confused as being visible non Catholics saved outside the Church.Then only, with the mix up, can it be concluded that outside the Church there is salvation.Vatican Council II is interpreted as a break with Tradition.When the traditionalists Familia Christi in Ferrara, Italy were suppressed recently. it was based upon this reasoning.
Without the New Theology,Archbishop Giancarlo Perego, the Archbishop of Ferrara-Commachio and the Prefect of the CDF, Cardinal Ladaria, would have to affirm Feeneyite EENS and Feeneyite Vatican Council II ( LG 16 not being an exception to EENS).-Lionel Andrades
