Canonical recognition for those who use the false premise : Brother Thomas Augustine MICM and St. Benedict Center , Still River approved




















Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre made a mistake on Vatican Council II. He did not know that there was a Vatican Council II (Cushingite) and Vatican Council II (Feeneyite), the Council interpreted with a false premise and inference and one without it. The same mistake is made by Cardinal Robert Sarah.
The Lefebvrists for over 50 years have been interpreting Vatican Council II with the irrational premise.So their conclusion is a rupture with Tradition. The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) does the same - and so does Cardinal Sarah and the Vatican Congregation for the Liturgy.



The popes from Paul VI to Francis had a choice and they chose the irrational option. All the books on Vatican Council II confuse what is invisible as visible to create the 'hermeneutic of rupture' with Tradition ( EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc).Cardinal Sarah does not write a book on this subject.



Roberto dei Mattei, Christopher Ferrara, Fr. Nicholas Gruner, John Vennari, Dietrich von Hildebrand and Romano Amerio among others, made the same mistake.

Fr. John Zuhsldorf interprets Vatican Council II with this  error and so does Prof. Alberto Melloni of the Bologna School.Massimo Faggioli, John Allen Jr. and Michael Sean Winters are aware of the common mistake.

In March 2016 at the Placqut Deo Press Conference Cardinal Luiz Ladaria and Archbishop Morandi used the false premise to interpret Vatican Council II(LG 8) and Edward Pentin and Sandro Magister did not correct them.





Without the false premise the Church returns to Tradition, 'Rome comes back to the Faith',there are no liberal and progressivist concepts to divide the Church. There is no more ' a development of doctrine'.

All the signatories of the various petitions are interpreting Vatican Council II with the false premise but no one comments upon it. The signatories who interpret Vatican Council II and other magisterial documents irrationally include Fr. Aidan Nicols and the Dominicans at Blackfriars, Oxford.

In 2016 Archbishops Morandi and Di Noia of the CDF, officially asked Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior, Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Benedict Center, Richmond,N.H,USA , to interpret CCC 847-848 with the false premise to create an artificial rupture with Feeneyite EENS. He refused to do so.So the CDF and the Catholic Diocese of Mancheste, USA  have placed sanctions on the SBC and the Catholic religious community there.Meanwhile other traditionalists who interpret Vatican Council II and EENS with the false premise prudently do not comment.




If Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano and Bishop Athanasius Schneider do not use the false premise to interpret Vatican Council II they would be endorsing Feeneyite EENS.It would be according to the missionaries in the 16th century, when they offered the Traditional Latin Mass at that time.

With the false premise the ecclesiology of the TLM today is a rupture with the ecclesiology of the past. The liturgy is the same but it is not the same TLM.

Fr.John Zuhlsdorf in the Diocese of Madison, USA  offers a politically correct TLM. Kiko Arguello, founder of the Neo Catechumenal Way attends Holy Mass in Italian with the politically correct new ecclesiology and new theology .It is of course, based upon the false premise and inference.Both groups use the false premise approved by the Left.

When Pope Francis quoted Vatican Council II after the Abu Dhabi meeting, it was the Council interpreted with the false premise.It indicated that there is salvation outside the Church.There is known salvation outside the Church.There are allegedly known non Catholics saved outside the Church, without faith and baptism.It is a reference to known cases, since unknown cases would not contradict EENS and traditional exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.The Left needs to contradict EENS.

Without this mix up between what is invisible and visible,Vatican Council II would be saying outside the Church there is no salvation(AG 7) and there are no known exceptions mentioned in LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc.A small premise and such a big shift in perspective.
No known exceptions in LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc without the false premise.This would be new for the SSPX and the sedevacantist communities.
But the traditionalist Brother Thomas Augustine MICM, Superior, Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Benedict Center, Still River, MA,USA uses the false premise to interpret Vatican Council II, like Bishop Robert McManus, Bishop of Worcester, USA.Brother Thomas Augustine and his bishop do not affirm Vatican Council II without the false premise.

Vatican Council II without the false premise creates  the 'hermeneutic of continuity' with Feeneyite EENS.So without this hermeneutic of continuity, Brother Thomas Augustine and the community,founded by Fr. Leonard Feeney, have been granted full canonical communion in the Catholic Church.


Similarly liberal religious communities in Worcester and Manchester, some associated with the LCWR women religious, have been granted full canonical recognition.Since they interpret Vatican Council II with the false premise and not without it.This is obligatory for all religious communities and vocations to the religious life.

If Brother Thomas Augustine affirms Vatican Council II without the false premise, he may lose his canonical recognition. The CDF may tell him, that he, like Brother Andre Marie,is legally not Catholic.

These nuances were explained to a traditionalist Catholic priest in Rome, by Cardinal Matteo Zuppi at that time a bishop at the Rome Vicariate.I quoted the priest saying  that he personally did not know of any one saved with the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I). This is something obvious today.But this was not the reasoning in the official heresy of the 'magisterium' in the Boston Case.

Many now know that the Boston Heresy Case referred to the heresy of Cardinal Richard Cushing and the CDF ( Holy Office)  and not Fr. Leonard Feeney.The CDF and Pope Pius XIII were positing unknown cases of BOD, BOB and I.I as being known  exceptions to traditional EENS.This was sometime after the creation of the new state of Israel.
 Then Pope Paul VI projected invisible cases of LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc as being visible exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.Since there were alleged exceptions to Feeneyite EENS, traditional mission and the proclamation of the Social  Reign of Christ the KIng was made obsolete. Why have mission when there is known salvation outside the Church according to Vatican Council II, it would be asked even by Pope Benedict( Avvenire, 2016).

Fr. Leonard Feeney, expelled by the Cushingite Jesuits, died without denying traditional EENS.But Brother Thomas Augustine negates this traditional theological position since he does not affirm Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite). In exchange he gets canonical recognition.
