Vatican Council II ( Lionel Andrades ) indicates Bishop Gino Reali's Plenary Indulgence has an impediment and not valid : centenary year in Rome

There is the Vatican Council II of Pope Paul VI and the Vatican  Council II of Lionel Andrades. The interpretation is different. I write this in humility.
There is an objective and factual difference between the two interpretations. One is rational and the other is irrational and political.
The liberals, traditionalists and sedevacantists follow the interpretation of Pope Paul VI. I follow my own.

For me, Vatican Council II ( Lionel Andrades) is not a rupture with the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX ( ecumenism etc) and the Catechism of Pope Pius X( 24 Q, 27Q).But for Pope Benedict and Pope Francis there is a rupture with Tradition. For me unknown cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) do not contradict Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) in 1949. 1965. 2020.For Pope Paul VI they were exceptions to EENS. In other words there were known non Catholics saved outside the Church. Otherwide hw could they be saved outside the Church. Otherwise how could they be exceptions? Invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I could not be exceptions to EENS.
So for me Pope Pius XII and Pope John XXIII were wrong on BOD,BOB and I.I and EENS. Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston was correct. There are no literal cases of the baptism of desire.

The interpretation of Lionel Andrades is magisterial. Since it is the teaching of the popes, saints and martrys, over the centuries, since the time of the Apostles and Church Fathers.
The interpretation of Pope Paul VI. Pope Benedict and Pope Francis is not magisterial on this issue, since the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective error. These popes have confused . What is implicit as being explicit, subjective as objective and invisible as being visible.

Bishop Gino Reale, bishop of Porto-Sant Rufina, Rome has announced a Plenary Indulgence(2019-2020) this year for the Ninth Centenary for the unification of the dioceses of Porta and Santa Rufina(1119-1120).Pope Francis has approved "Ex Duobus Una", with the usual conditions for an indulgence. This includes the need for Confession and avoiding mortal and venial sins, receiving the Eucharist and pilgrimages to approved sacred sites in this diocese, known for its saints and martyrs.
However with Vatican Council II ( Pope Paul VI) the understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed is changed. The Athanasius Creed is rejected and made obsolete. The dogma EENS( Council of Florence 1441, Cantate Domino) has exceptions and the Catechism of Pope Pius X(24Q, 27Q) is rejected. This is a mortal sin of faith.

Also Vatican Council II ( Lionel Andrades) which is rational and in harmony with Tradition in the 11th and 12th century, is not affirmed by Bishop Gino Reali, the clergy, religious and lay faithful, in the diocese of Porto-Sant Rufina.
So the conditions for the Plenary Indulgence are not met for most people, except for me (Lionel Andrades) who lives in this diocese.
Bishop Gino Reali is invited to issue a clarification and affirm Vatican Council II( Lionel Andrades) or issue a correction to this report posted on this blog.
He is invited to interpret EENS, BOD,BOb and I.I and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, without the false premise and inference-Lionel Andrades
