Vatican Council II was not just a pastoral Council. It was dogmatic.

All the following speakers were interpreting Vatican Council II with the false premise, inference and conclusion.The Council became a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), the Athansaius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors and other magisrerial documents.So the Council was not just pastoral. It negated exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. It affected dogma with the deceptive use of a  false premise.

If the speakers at these conferences of the Franciscans of the Immaculate, did not use the false premise then the Council would support EENS, the Athanasius  Creed,the Syllabus of Errors and the Catechism of Pope Pius X (24 Q, 27 Q). Again, the Council would affirm traditional dogma and not just be a pastoral Council.

I was present at one of these talks. The late Fr. Peter Damian Fehlner and some of the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate, from the Manelli family, were also there.-Lionel Andrades
