 Pope Francis and Pope Benedict like Archbishop Vigano, Bishop Schneider, Roberto dei Mattei, Fr. Neto Rey ( Gloria TV),Michael Matt and John Henry Weston interpret Vatican Council II with the false premise to create a rupture with the old strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). They assume that in  Vatican Council II, LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc refer to visible instead of invisible non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church in 2020.Vigano, Schneider,Lawler, Pasqualucci, Tosatti, Montagna and Michael Voris do not mention it sinece then they would officially have to interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise and so have to affirm 16th century EENS. With the false premise there are exceptions to EENS. Without the false premise there are no exceptions.-Lionel Andrades
