The Catholic political parties in Italy need a Section/Department for religious affairs. Then they can inform the pontifical universities that the Decree on Ecumenism( Unitatis Redintigratio 3) in Vatican Council II refers to a hypothetical person only. So it does not contradict EENS as taught by the popes and saints over the centuries in Italy. So Vatican Council II does not contradict an ecumenism of return and no salvation outside the Catholic Church.
