Bro.Andre Marie MICM in the video says he cannot confirm if someone is in Heaven without the baptism of water.
In other words we humans cannot know.
None of us humans can know if St. Emerentiana, St.Victor, the Emperor Valentinian are in Heaven without the baptism of water.
The Church also does not say that any one on earth had the gift to see these people in Heaven without the baptism of water.
