Cardinal Sean O Malley like the Judicial Vicar and Bishop in the Diocese of Manchester, USA confuse speculative and practical theology

 The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 made a mistake when it assumed hypothetical and unknown cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance were objective and personally known exceptions  to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and traditional exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.

The Judicial Vicar in the Diocese of Manchester, USA has accepted LOHO  with this error  and expects every Catholic  to do the same.

So the Athanasius Creed is rejected and the Nicene and the meaning of the  Apostles Creed is changed.There are new irrational versions of the Catechisms and Vatican Council II.

All this is first class heresy and he is imposing it upon all Catholics in the diocese, with threats.

Why should Catholics claim unknown people who do not exist in our reality, are visible and known ?Yet this is the false premise of the Judical Vicar supported by the Bishop of Manchester.
